We are trying to create a flow where the delay isn’t so many days out from when a person enters the flow but set to a specific date.
I set up a pop up to test a new form - https://www.threecitiessocial.com/404 - and i used my work email to test. the test worked and the info flowed into Klaviyo. I have the form set to ‘show everyone’. Now i want to test the form again (without having to se multiple email addresses) and went into klaviyo and removed my subscribed work email but when i go to https://www.threecitiessocial.com/404 i can’t get the form to show. Is there a way to have the form show?
Hey is there a way to delete a profile via an API call ?i am able to unsubscribe the profile from the list but i still dont know how to delete the user profile. and the api page doesnt give me any information regarding that part.
I’m making a review invitation email in HTML . I want to custom code a “write a review” button. What is the dynamic tag that generates the URL to the product’s klaviyo review submission page? I would prefer this to a simple anchor point address that directs users to the product page review widget. Hello Klaviyo Friends!I have a sunset flow asking subscribers if they still want to be on our list. If so, they click a button that takes them to a specific URL on our site. When they click that link, they are added to a segment that triggers another flow that sends them a coupon. Today I noticed something odd, 2 subscribers clicked the link more than 2 months ago (one in January, one in February), but JUST got added to the segment that triggers the coupon this morning. Also, even though they are now part of the segment, they were not sent an email. (I don’t have any flow filters or profile filters on the coupon flow.) See screenshots below. The coupon flow *seemed* to be working fine before and after they clicked. Hey, has anyone integrated the platform Art Logic and Klaviyo before? If so, how did they find it and do they have any other valuable information they an share. Currently the client has integrated Mailchimp x Art Logic but we want to bring them over to Klaviyo and they are up for it, if it makes the most sense.
Hello, one of our clients has a lead form and it works great. We even have a flow of emails setup after if they still havent purchased. This issue is that this is integrated and setup through wordpress. I want to simplify the process and have more control over who receives the second/third reminder email. We already have the Klaivyo account setup and running, but could we add an API key to the original lead forms on the site and control the emails from there. While also making sure the client can recieve an email when a lead form has been filled out?

Hi all, I’m building an automated software which will end up sending quite a few campaigns however I do not want to cloud the campaigns tab. Is there anyway to archive a sent campaign? I’ve tried using the “update campaign” endpoint with “archived”:true in the attributes section but to no avail. Any help would be much appreciated!Thanks,
We have created a 'Request Review' flow and inserted a dynamic link from Rewive.io for product reviews into the email. The Trigger is a fulfilled order without any Filter. There is a Waiting for 12 days, and after 12 days, the Email should be sent. Unfortunately, the email is not being sent. However, the count of the waiting list is increasing, and the Flow has been Live for more than 12 days. Do you have any idea what the problem could be? Thank you."
The customer from us uses klaviyo for his shopwar shop. So he has all delivery adresses. Now he want to setup different workflows where his customers are getting a postcard instead of an email. Could please give me suggestions?
Hi, I’m hoping someone can assist. I have a Klaviyo Newsletter Signup form on my website that triggers a Klaviyo welcome flow. The form generates a dynamic coupon code for a customers first order which is then sent to them in their first email. My issue is that Klaviyo is setting up 600 coupon codes in my Shopify every day, despite my store only being new and having a couple of signups and coupons sent out daily. At this rate, I am going to use up my shopify discount limit very quickly. How can I prevent Klaviyo generating any further codes until the existing ones have been used, or not generating so many? I’m assuming it’s because they have a 30 day usage period so new codes need to be generated each day with a new expiry date one day later than those produced the day before, but I don’t need anywhere near 600 producing daily at this stage. Thanks!
