Low click rate for every ESP besides Gmail

We consistently get significantly lower click rates on campaign emails for non-gmail providers (yahoo, hotmail, etc.)The account doesn’t have any deliverability problems, and has a very good open rate for all providers.The campaigns are either entirely comprised of images (so there’s no weird display or formatting depending on the ESP’s dark mode inversion etc.), or are plain text. The content in the respective campaigns are the same for every ESP. Not sure why gmail performs well and the others don’t.

Custom Trigger Form Question

Does anyone know how to set my custom trigger to only show one time per visitor? We have a contest and the form is set and all is great, but the form gives 4 options for prizes. I want to ensure the customer cannot go back and choose another prize after the first one. Any help is appreciated.The form edit does not show visibility options because it is a custom trigger with a Klaviyo code button. Back In Stock - Additional Stock Validation

Hi there,I've a bigcommerce integration and I’m setting up an additional condition besides inventory to trigger the Back in Stock (BIS) flow.I need the emails to be sent only if the variant has a specific additional attribute, besides the inventory.However, the options I’m being shown are only top-level attributes, not additional variant attributes — like VariantId, for example.How can I, if possible, add an additional attribute to use as a condition in the BIS flow?Example:Color: blueHow can I filter in the flow to trigger only if the color is blue, in addition to inventory?I'm using this endpoint:https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/create_client_back_in_stock_subscriptionThank you.This is what I'm sennding: I didn't see that option to send meta or any other attribute in this endpoint, however, I tried a lot of things. Need help with Viewed Product flow and resend logic

Hi there, I'm working on optimizing my Viewed Product flow, and I’d like to confirm the best way to set up a condition for the second email based on whether the first email was opened. Here's what I'm trying to achieve: If the customer opens the first email, they should receive the second email. If the customer doesn't open the first email, I want to resend the first email but with a new subject line and preview text. The second email is currently set with a 1-day time delay after the first. My plan: I was thinking of using a Conditional Split after the first email with the filter: What someone has done (or not done) > Opened Email > where Message equals [First Email Name] > zero times Would that be the correct setup? Also, should I set the time delay before or after the conditional split to ensure the timing works properly? Please let me know if this logic works or if you recommend another approach. Thanks in advance for your help!

Currently, I have a flow with three emails set up to target users who browse products but don’t purchase.What I would like to achieve is this: if a customer places an order after receiving the first email, they should not receive the second or third emails in the flow.Could you please advise: What filters or flow conditions should I use to ensure that once a customer places an order after receiving the first email, they are automatically removed from the flow? Has anyone ever successfully integrated Spotify + klaviyo to show the Spotify player in an email? It would be a great feature for Klaviyo to have available on their drag and drop blocks for musicians as well as retailers to send shop playlists.

Is there a way to place tracking pixels on the image here in Klaviyo or using Klaviyo?The reason why I’m asking is because currently Google Annotations doesn’t track links. They suggested adding a tracking pixel to the image; would that be possible here? Please lmk. Thanks!

Uable to verify business for SMS toll free number

I have tried multiple times and followed the trouble shooting guide to verify my business in order to get my SMS setup. I have had no success. I have not been able to any answers from Kira the chat. Removing Activity and Metrics from My Personal Profile

I have my personal and work emails on my newsletter list for my business. I have found that Klayvio is tracking and measuring my activity on the site, like Add to Cart, even though I’m just testing functionality on my website.Is it somehow possible to keep myself on the newsletter list while supressing any activity I do so it’s not tracked within Klayvio?
