From silos to synergy: how to drive alignment and deliver results as a Martech Manager
Hello,I am creating a newsletter in which I am attempting to drag and drop both a section and columns. While I am able to drag and drop, the resulting section does not drop at the place where I placed my cursor but at another place in the newsletter. When I try to drag the section to the desired spot, it reverts to its original position. Please advise.Thank you.MaryAnn
My store runs on WooCommerce and I want to add a loyalty/rewards option. What are some recommended plugins that integrates with Klaviyo and what are some suggestions or best practices for building flows/triggers around a loyalty/rewards program?
Is there a way to create a custom report that shows items that are highly clicked on in an email, but with low placed order numbers? A report would tell me which products people are interested in but for some reason are not purchasing. Does such a report exist? If so, could you instruct how to build it? Thank you!
I have sent an email through Klaviyo with a design that wasn't saved correctly, and people received a different version than expected with a different design block in the mobile version that wasn’t visible in the preview version. I have no idea how this fault came about, can we figure this out together? It looks like this mistake is only visible on iPhone.
Hi there,I’m working with a client who has two main audience lists: Waitlist General We want to make sure that if a profile exists in both lists, they only receive communications intended for the Waitlist, and not the General list. What’s the best way to ensure this behavior in Klaviyo?Ideally, we’d like to remove those overlapping profiles from the General list so they’re only on the Waitlist. What approach do you recommend for handling this kind of list overlap? Thanks in advance!
I’d like to ask if it’s possible to implement the following automation in klaviyo:We want to send an email with products related to those previously purchased by a customer, 4 weeks after their last purchase, but only if certain conditions are met.Basic assumptions:The customer must have made a purchase. Each new purchase resets the 4-week timer. The email should be sent if:There is at least one related product to show.BUT If none of the purchased products have related products → send a list of bestsellers instead. If the order includes products from different categories → use related products from the first product on the list that has them assigned.
We’re currently running a digital program, and we’d like to automate our communication flow through Klaviyo based on user behaviour across two platforms: Fillout (for initial forms) and WordPress (for the core assessment). The goal is to integrate Fillout and WordPress with Klaviyo in a way that allows us to: Track participants across multiple steps Identify drop-off points (i.e., where they stop progressing through the journey) Send targeted automated reminders via Klaviyo based on their last completed step We currently use a manual Excel tracker to log where participants drop off, but we want to automate this process as much as possible to reduce manual work and increase re-engagement.Current Participant Journey Flow: Signup via Fillout Form Confirmation Email sent (via Klaviyo) Pre-Survey sent (via Fillout) Pre-Survey Completed Login access sent manually by admin Assessment begins on WordPress (custom form) Mid-Survey completed (milestone question) Assessment compl
Hi!We’re using a Zapier python step to subscribe profiles to an additional list. Although it is adding them to the list okay, its not creating a Subscribed to List event on the profile activities as is typical for other subscribe methods in Klaviyo. For auditing purposes it would be great to see the event created but as its a default Klaviyo event I don’t believe we can create it ourselves via the API. Am I naive in thinking that this endpoint should create the event? Isn’t that part of its purpose as a subscribe call?https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/bulk_subscribe_profilesLMK if I’m missing something or could achieve this in a different way. ThanksNicola
Hey all, is it possible to create a flow for customers who place an order and select local pickup?I’m not sure which trigger filter it would be and would appreciate your advice! Thanks,Ming
I would like to create a flow for when a customer:adds products to cart views the cart then clicks “generate quote from cart” provides info for quote (not needed if signed in) clicks “ confirm and process quote” button. Can be transactional. My store is with Maropost (Neto). Is this a custom event I need to create? Not that I know how to do that anyway!!
I have created a popup form for my website that will capture emails for coming soon products. I have set up everything on the back end including a multicheckbox field giving explicit consent, and mapped the property to $conset with value email when ticked. I have the form set to subcribe to my list “coming soon notify”, and the list has single opt-in.Yet when I test it on the front end, it only captures the data as a profile, that has status “never subscribed”. Could you please help me with what it may be happening please? I am going in circles for days now, and we don’t know what it could be happening.
Hi! I just wanted to ask, most people we have in our email list will be coming from a sign up sheet, so we want tosend an email where they just have a button to confirm their subscription. Is there a way to link the confirm page button? Like, I just want them to click on a button or a link leading to a page with the button to confirm that they did subscribe. Thanks in advance! Monique
I am working on a default sale campaign template, where the product block pulls from a product feed linked to my website’s “specials” page. However, if I’ve set the product block in the email to display eg. 9 products (ie 3x3), but I do not have 9 products on my specials page, it is pulling other products from elsewhere on my site - most of these being products I thought we had discontinued (ie. marked as out of stock, private products on woocommerce, I don’t delete in order to preserve the sales data). I don’t want to exclude all other categories in the product feed, as anything marked into the “specials” category will also have it’s usual category location still. Is it possible to limit the product block in my email template to ONLY show products from my specials category and nothing extra, without having to manually adjust the number of products shown for each use of the template?
