Mulitple Shops - how many Klavioy Accounts do I need?

Currently I have 3 online stores. I have just one Klavioy Account. I need emails being sent to reflect each store name and url? Do I need a seperate Klavioy accnt for each or is there a way to do this under one account?

SMS marketing consent status 'Unsubscribe' in CSV file not uploading properly

When loading customer profiles with SMS marketing consent via CSV file and set the consent status to ‘Unsubscribed’, when it’s loaded into Klaviyo, it is loaded as ‘Never subscribed’. This is the CSV file I uploaded and mapped the fields correctly.
