If I create a campaign based on a segment and schedule it for the next day, will the campaign use the state of the segment at the moment of campaign creation, or at the moment of sending the campaign? Based on the segment definition, some users might be added into the segment, some might leave it in the meantime, so how does it work?And what if I change the definition of the segment after scheduling the campaign but before it was sent?
We have implemented an 'Active on Site' metric triggered through the API on our SuiteCommerce site. However, we recently added the following script tag:<script type="text/javascript" async="" src="https://static.klaviyo.com/onsite/js/klaviyo.js?company_id=..."></script>This script is used to track when users enter the site from an email link. Unfortunately, it generates another 'Active on Site' metric in Klaviyo.Both metrics are named identically. Is there a way to combine them into a single metric for both actions?We attempted to pass the metric ID in the metric object at the 'Create Event' API Endpoint, but it resulted in an 'invalid parameter' error."
I’ve created a kind of up-sell flow in Klaviyo with some triggers filters that looks like that:When Someone Placed an Order → then these profile filtersthen → triggers filters but it didn’t seems to work because I saw no contant/profile entering the flow. I checked the website platform analytics and it looks like people ordered one of these products but didn’t enter the flow. Any idea why be happening?
Hi guys,As our business is doing well lately. My team is reviewing performance by some metrics, and the placed order metric (in campaign performance) is among the top priorities. But somehow the numbers in Klaviyo and in Shopify don't match each other. For example, we assume the number of orders and the sales would be equal when it comes to the 2 platforms' analytics. But they all turn out to be different. Sometimes, the gap is huge 😱 (to be clearer, we get data from Shopify Marketing tab). In my blogs, I've categorized content into four different segments based on audience relevance. Now, I want to include these segments in the email so subscribers can choose which type of content they want to receive in the future.My question is, how can I generate links for each segment so that when a subscriber clicks on a specific link in the email, they are automatically added to that segment and the email workflow begins?
Hi, this takes a bit long to explain. But we have this loyalty program where customers get a 33 % discount whenever they buy three products. They can use this discount on their next buy for a fourth product. We have Klaviyo integrated with Magento 2.So, the way I would like to set it up is:Set a segment: customers who bought three products.Set a flow: send dynamically generated code.This part seems easy.The tricky part is, how to count products ordered across various purchases?For example. It is typical customers buy 5 products for a certain discount. So two products would have to wait for another purchase to make a customer eligible for another 33 % discount coupon.And how would I reset the count once a customer gets a code. I probably can’t filter him our from entering the flow again.I hope this is not confusing, but if anyone has ever done something similar, I will be very grateful. Thank you.
Hi there,We have created a form in Jotform that is integrated with our Stripe. The payments are pulling through to Klaviyo as ‘issued invoice’, ‘successfully paid’ and the customer is a paying subscriber.How do we tag this customer as a subscriber that can move in and out of our active customer segment?We are using Zapier to send events between Jotform/Klaviyo and can also use for Stripe but I can’t seem to find the answer online.Thanks

Good day technical team,I hope this post find you well.I recently encountered an issue with the product page, and particularly with the Review Summary!I am currently using Shopify (pipeline theme), and it seems that the photos from the posted reviews are no longer appearing in the summary section of the product review app. as shown in the screenshot provided down below. I have tried the solutions in following order:Turn off Klaviyo from shopify (Apps embedded section). Verified if the reviews with images are published. I can confirm they are published. Switching off and on the image option from the review summary and media section adding a new block from the template section from Shopify, and adding the product review app.However, there has not been any changes to resolve this issue. I believe the issue appeared after I made changes to the Flow settings for review requests, however, I am uncertain if the changes I made on the Flow settings for review requests has caused the issue. Using Klaviyo API, can I get the information on which profiles were removed from a Klaviyo List/Segment on a given day? Klaviyo’s “Get List Profiles” API allows to get profiles which were added to a list on or after a given date. Similarly, is there a way to get the profiles which were removed from the list/segment? Use-case:Get list-id/segment-id that each profile is a part of, and keep this data upto date everyday. I came across 2 different approaches for this:In every run, Get profiles in each list/segment In every run, Get details of each profile individually.Both of these will take up alot of time. Is there a better way to solve this?
A customer submitted a review and I got an email. I can see the review from the link in the email, I can also see the review linked in the product in Klaviyo but I can not see it in Kalvioyo in the Reviews - All Reviews and ofcourse it does not show along other reviews.
We are trying to create a flow where the delay isn’t so many days out from when a person enters the flow but set to a specific date.
