Users Who's Invite is Pending - Incorrectly

We have 3 pending invites to new users on our account.  Klaviyo shows as pending, but all 3 have accepted the invites and worked on the account.  

The reason this even matters is because one of those invitees needs to be changed to account owner, but we cannot until Klaviyo removes the “pending” status.

Please help!

Do you mind sharing if you’re still experiencing this issue? Per our documentation on adding users to an account, the link only lasts for 12 hours and the user will need to hit the accept button on the Klaviyo invite email. Additionally, it should be noted, which you might already know, only the current owner of an account can transfer ownership to another.

@Joel Gandara if anything, hit Resend Invite and have that person accept again. Then you can make changes. Let them know when you are sending so that you know the link does not expire.
