This is an urgent request. One of my client account & disabled & because of that I'm unable to access any of my client kalviyo account because I'm unable to switch account.
Please switch my kalviyo account to the one Im admin so that I can access all other account while my client can contact kalviyo for account reinstate.

Very sorry to hear of the inconvenience and frustration you must be experiencing!
I believe the best past forward would be to reach out to our Support team and let them know the situation you’re in so you can access your other client’s Klaviyo accounts.
Until you get this issue solved, your clients could add another email on their account and you would thus be allowed back into their accounts until the issue is solved! Additionally, here is a thread that might give more insight into why your client’s account might have been disabled!
