[FOUND] Bad User Experience Verbiage and Display.

Klaviyo should really update this poor user experience loop with this misleading verbiage. On this page you clearly express that the user s current package includes support, however it clearly doesn't.

Thanks for finding this. You’re right - the verbiage is confusing and I see how it can lead somebody to have misconceptions about free accounts’ access to support. I alerted our team about this, and we’re going to work on it!
