Klaviyo login: 403 Error
I’m trying to log in to Klaviyo and I keep receiving a 403 error. This isn’t happening with a particular subaccount (I have several); it happens when I go to Klaviyo itself. I’ve contacted Klaviyo Support but haven’t heard back for 2 hours. I’ve tried restarting my machine, clearing my cache, incognito mode, nothing is working.Is anyone else having this problem?
How do I TEST my new preference center?
Hello everyone,I created a custom preference center, and I’d like people who click “Unsubscribe” in the email’s footer to go to this new custom hosted page to either 1) change the email preferences 2) completely unsubscribe. How do I go about testing the new page?Meaning, I want to send myself an email campaign, click on unsubscribe, and play around with the preferences. How do I get the unsubsribe link to point towards the new preference center page?
Active On Site data, View Product Data, Add to Cart Data is not working
Hi there,Hope you guys are doing well. I have never faced this issue before. I have integrated with shopify properly and perfectly. And I also tested myself by using this Link ?firstname.lastname@example.orgBut the active on site and View product data is not working. And also I have set up the Add to cart Snippet. It’s also not working as well.Integration Active On Site data is not working. Viewed Product Data is not working as well. For Add to Cart Trigger. [ When I click on the Add to cart button it doesn’t redirect me to another page. So I follow the First Method of the Add to Cart guidelines. I don't get the login verification code
Hello community.I'm migrating my website from Shopify to Wordpress, I changed practically everything manually, but it turns out that now when I enter my Klaviyo account, I never get the verification code to my institutional email. Could it be that I have changed the DNS so that they now point to my Wordpress? or other problem.Will there be another solution to access my Klaviyo account?I left 5 tickets to Klaviyo support, but none of them have been answered, that's why I'm here in the forum with my secondary account.Regards
One Shopify store now split into two.
Hi there! We’ve split our Shopify store into two seperate identities to better serve individual customer segments and make the UX more defined. Can I still use the origonal Klaviyo account (integrated with the first Store) with both of the two stores? Or do I have to purchase a second Klaviyo license for the second store? Thank you.
We need to pass Shopify Product Vendor and Product Type details to Klaviyo Custom Properties?
Hi All As we would like to segment our list and know which brand and product type has been ordered we have created custom properties within profile. For pop ups we ask for profile information eg favourite brand and product type. However we cant seem to work out how to get the API to send this information when an order is placed. We would appreciate your help/direction. Sean (In our case as an eyewear store we need to know whether customer is interested in glasses or sunglasses and also which brand is of interest as the type of customer interested in Oakley sunglasses may be quite different from a customer looking for Tiffany eyeglasses with prescription.)
Switching to a new Shopify store
Hello all, We have had a Shopify/Klaviyo integration for about a year. We are in the process of emigrating to a new a Shopfiy store. I supposed I will need to deactivate the current integration, install the Klaviyo app in the new store and re-connect Klaviyo. Are there any best practices or suggestion about how to go about this? I am worried about customer being added twice….flows being disrupted...issues I may not even be aware of? Welcome any/all feedback here.Thanks in advance
My Account is disabled for manual review
Can you please help me re-enable my account? I have followed the best practices Klaviyo recommended and am still dealing with this issue. I have emailed support and tried to use the live chat function but have had no success. Could you please get back to me? I am happy to explain my situation in more detail if necessary.
Custom Fonts - One or more font files could not be accessed
Hey just after some help with installing custom fonts. Using the font URL off my website - www.domain.cometc/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Gilroy-Regular.ttf (not the actual link wasn't sure if I'm suppose to include website links or not)The file format is ttf, works/displays on site. is there something i’m missing here? Why my new klaviyo account is disabled?
I have created a Klaviyo account yesterday and bought a $150 plan. Then integrated with my woo commerce and uploaded my list. Now before sending the first email suddenly my account was saying under review and now saying account is disabled. What should I do now?
Why is everything erased?
After going through shopify to access klayvio is prompted me to connect my store again for no reason and wouldn’t allow me to move forward until I did. I completed those steps and now everything is gone. All my subscribers, emails, flows, analytics it’s as if it’s a brand new account. I need to access my previous account or recover my information. I also had to upgrade the plan again and make another payment just so I could live chat an agent who still isn’t available. There’s only a sales line but no CUSTOMER SERVICE contact number for me to receive immediate help. I have been completely inconvenienced and I need to know how to fix this now.

Why is my account disabled?
Hola, Es la primera vez que uso Klaviyo y me deshabitaron la cuenta al intentar enviar mi primer correo masivo. Creo que tengo dos problemas:Tengo que hacer algo que llaman verificación manual y ya respondí todas las preguntas que enviaron a mi correo, pero no sé si es lo único que se debe hacer Cuando iba a enviar el correo, kLAVIYO me decía que faltaba una casilla para “Cancelar suscripción” que no logré encontrar en los bloques que se insertan en las plantillas
Updating DNS records
I’m looking for advice re: the timing of updating DNS records when migrating from a different ESP over to Klaviyo. Is it safe to update my DNS records and verify a new domain PRIOR to the final transition? Will that impact any emails being sent from my old ESP? How critical is it to begin sending emails from Klaviyo immediately after the DNS records have been updated?I’ve received conflicting information from two very trusted sources.
How do I access Live Chat if I'm on a Paid Plan and my account is disabled?
My account has been disabled for 2 days and I’m still waiting to hear back from the Klaviyo Support Team. I am on paid plan but as my account is disabled, I am not able to sign in to hop on live chat… Can someone from the support team get back to my request via email email@example.com ASAP or advise here?
Why is my account disabled, and why is it taking so long to be approved?
Hello, I have already tried plenty of things and replied several times to you guys, but untill now I haven’t recieved a single answer. Just one, asking me for a ton of information (wich I provided the same day), and 4 days later my account is still disabled. I already started a marketing project thta includes seding some ebooks to leads, but I have to send them 1 by 1 because my account doesn’t work. This is my last resort hoping that FINALLY someone is gonna help me.
