Hi there,I set up the web tracking code back end of the shopify but seems like not working. Could you please tell me why the code is not working. I checked in Klaviyo Activity feed there are no View product and Active on site data. Please help me I hope you understand my concerns.Thank you so much.
Hi All! I have a kind of weird issue going on, I’m hoping someone will be able to understand it. So my agency manages several clients’ Klaviyo accounts, and I would usually log into my coworker’s account, who has access to all of the clients.Last week, I went in and added myself as an admin for all of these clients, so that I wouldn’t need to login to my coworker’s account every time. Well, it did give me access, as I can see the accounts in the drop-down when logged in to my account. However, when I click on any of these, it acts as though that account is brand new, and wants me to set up everything for each client. Obviously the accounts are already set up, so I’m a little scared to touch anything when logged into my account, as I don’t want to accidentally wipe any of the data. Thoughts? I’m happy to clarify further.
I have two step authentication set up on my account, and use an authenticator app on my phone. I recently got a new phone, and wiped my old one, and my new phone hasn’t carried over my authenticator settings. So when I go to the authenticator app, it doesn’t have my account. Therefore, I can’t access my account to update the authenticator settings. What can I do? (I’m accessing it on my partners account, for the time being).
We have been a loyal Klaviyo Customer for nearly 4 years! We have an email list of 59,000 customers. We use the platform for both transactional emails and marketing sends. We send on average about 2 Million emails per month. We have 12 active flows that range from abandoned carts to new customer welcomes! We have been paying $600/mo for the last 4 years and just got a notice that we would now only be allowed 400,000 emails per month at that price...that is an 80% reduction in our send volume for the same price...that means that each of our 10 sends per month will cost $60...make them count!The really frustrating part of all of this is that we were given 30 days notice to figure out which 1,600,000 emails per month we were willing to give up...Klaviyo accounts for up to 34% of our monthly revenue...so that is a tough decision...the alternative??? Move to a $2,100/mo plan to be able to have all of the same features and send rates for 4X the price…. Ridiculous!
We have run into an issue with an SMS Sign Up Form. When a user submitted the form, a different profile name was attached to the Klaviyo account. We have traced it back to a sequence where we use a log into a customers account (CSR function), sign out, and then go to submit the SMS form. After submitting the form, we went into Klaviyo and the profile name was changed to the logged in customer. Is there a way to stop this from occuring in Klaviyo? This is causing concern for our marketing team.A similiar issue occurs when a customer submits and order for another person and Bills/Ships to that person. The profile name changes. This causes havoc with emails that use the profile name in the greeting.

We have loved our switch to Klaviyo for many reasons, but there are a few things I’ve noticed that I think could be better for the user. Starting a conversation about it seemed like the best way to go about it in case there’s already a solve for it, or hopefully brings some attention to fix them!Views / organization for Lists & Segments It would be helpful to have more options for sorting and organizing lists and segments, especially when the segments get complex and specific for different audiences across different channels. Being able to view more lists at once in a big scrolling list would be better than having to click into different pages each time. Also, the search function almost never works for me, which makes me spend a lot more time going through pages looking for what I need. Hi there!Is there any issue with Klaviyo today? For the past 3 hours, I'm not able to load any page inside my Klaviyo account.The campaigns, flows, templates, they're all blank and they never stop loading. In this meantime I've:- Tested incognito mode- Tried different browsers: Chrome, Safari, and Opera- Updated the MacBook- Updated Chrome- Turned off all ad blockers And nothing works! What could possibly be wrong? I've tried different accounts that I have access to and they're all facing the same issue. After I log in, I can’t even reach the support. Please help. After migrating our website, our integrations don't work anymore, particularly Klaviyo.We've deleted the existing plugin on WooCommerce and used a new RESTapi, however when we trying to connect it, it doesn't work, the old Woocommerce Consumer Key still appears back even after it being revoked.Do I have to remove the current integration on Klaviyo? Would I lose my existing data, If I were to do so?Thanks in advance for any insights and help.
Hello! I have issue with my Klaviyo account that it doesn’t show anything on the screen. I've been experiencing this issue for a few months now. I don't know what changed since I was able to access Klaviyo fine before. I have followed all the instructions to clear my cache, cookies, even to refresh my browser. My browser is updated. I tried using incognito mode as well. Nothing seems to be working. My role is assigned as admin too within the organization. I want to create a ticket, however the issue still there. I can’t even access the support page.
How can I export everything for backup purposes? Say I accidentally deleted our mailing list (we have only one list in Klaviyo), or did something stupid like that.Mailchimp had an ‘Export and Back Up Account Data’ feature that lets you export everything in the account; audiences, reports, templates, campaigns etc. (not that I miss anything from Mailchimp)We love Klaviyo, so I’m hoping that there’s something similar or – as in most comparative situations – something better.Thanks, -oo
Hello,my customer has two online shops and actual looking for a E-Mail Solution. In one Store (Woocommerce) he sell the items on the normal way like all shops. In the second Shop (Shopify) he sell other items as an auction. Customer are for both the same, because product range same as well.My idea is to have two different Klaviyo Accounts, but company is the same and we want to have the customer in both account to create marketing activities.Thanks for your help :-)
