Hi Community! I have another question. I’ve been reading about how Klaviyo charges for each plan, but I just can’t understand it correctly. My account is set up for auto-upgrade, and right now I’ve exceeded my active profile limits. What does this mean? Or what should I expect in terms of my next payment? The only information I see on my account is that my current plan will have a higher price due to recent updates in Klaviyo pricing. That I get it, but this new price still shows the same amount of profiles and emails I currently have, so I’m still worried if I’ll have to pay more since I have more active profiles than the ones on my plan.I’m so confused because I read that Klaviyo will never upgrade my plan (even if I have the auto-upgrade?), but prevent me for sending an email blast that counts more profiles that my plan allows, is this true?Hope you can help me because I really need help with this :(
One of the things I continuously get tripped up by is trying to see settings, setups and content across 2 different Klaviyo accounts at once in the same browser. It’s a restriction from Klaviyo that allows you to only login to one account at a time in the one browser. I know you can clone some things (but not all) and that it’s more of a security feature. But for people that manage multiple client accounts trying to implement the same settings and features across different accounts is a time-consuming process. I know other providers use sub-domains to help with this, it’d be a lot easier if we could do something like that IMO.
Hi there, I’ve reached out to support multiple times regarding this and have not heard back (it’s been over a month). I’ve also emailed the Partner email inbox. I’m trying to add a new client to my Klaviyo Portal but I cannot since the brand’s previous agency is still attached. My team has 5x the amount of Klaviyo revenue after just one month and I do not want the old agency getting credit for this as it was my team, not theirs. I can have the Founder of the brand confirm this if needed. Could someone on the partner team please reach out to me? PS - I know this likely isn’t the right place to post this, so I apologize, but I do not want someone else getting credit for work they didn’t do! Thanks in advance! Alex
Hello, I’ve been trying to login to Klaviyo for the past 2 days now. I thought the issue would be fixed by now. When I click the sign-in button online I get redirected to this 404 page _____________________________Page not foundIt’s pronouncedClay-vee–oh. Clay-vee-oh.Claaay-vee-oh. Also when I try to access the app through my bigcommerce site its just a blank page that seems to be loading forever. Can someone please tell me what appears to be the issue with Klaviyo? P.S it was working perfectly fine on my bigcommerce before, but even that shouldn’t affect why I get redirected to a 404 page on the Klaviyo website. RegardsKerisa
Hello, we have two Klaviyo accounts. One is linked and contains all customer data. We use this account to send campaigns etc. We want to offer our customers added value and only send educational content with the other account. Is there a way to send the customer data from our first account to the other? Thank you very much for your help. RegardsBjörn

Hi - I've just set up with Klaviyo but I don't currently have a database of profiles. How do I warm up my account without it? as I don't have any engagement data to create warm up segments. Ive created all my data capture should I just turn everything on and start building my list? but then what happens to my welcome email if the account isn't warm?
I'm wondering if there is an option where I can just have someone set everything up for me. I'm trying to add my email campaigns but I see I have to break apart and individually upload each text/image etc from my Canva templates instead of just drag and drop. It's going to take me hours where it might take someone knowledgable minutes. Is there a feature that I can have everything done for me? Obviously it would be an upgrade or pay feature but does it exist? Please help! I'm an old lady with minimal tech knowledge! Help!
Hi allHow long does it take for an account to be enabled.I recieved a email yesterday at stating that my account has triggered a one time account verification and for the review to be continued could i provide a password for my site(which is still under construction) . I provided the password.I then recieved a further 10.52 am email from stating again it looks like my account has triggered a one time account verfication but this time with a multitude of questions ,which seems odd and I was unable to answer the majority of them with a detailed answer as I am at the beginning of my journey with regards to the business. At the time of this post my account is still disabled and I have not received further correspodance.Is there a eta as to when I will be able to use this service?Thanks
Hi Community, We have multiple Klaviyo accts and while trying to set up custom domain sending for 1 acct, I accidentally switched it over to the other account’s domain. We’ve since switched it back to its original settings, but I was wondering if it now requires me to start a warming period again with the account, even though we’ve been sending through this domain for 6 months already. Grateful in advance for any direction with this. -Daniel
Where do I access Chat support if I'm a paying customer? - Double opt-in email is not my brand experience
I purchased a subscription and don’t have access to chat support since I want to disable double opt-in because I can’t for the life of me find where this confirmation email is pulling from. Hi there! We’ve split our Shopify store into two seperate identities to better serve individual customer segments and make the UX more defined. Can I still use the origonal Klaviyo account (integrated with the first Store) with both of the two stores? Or do I have to purchase a second Klaviyo license for the second store? Thank you.
Several months ago I added an advertising agency as a user on my Klaviyo account. Now that I am no longer using them, I want to remove them as a user, but there is no option to do it. Hello all, We have had a Shopify/Klaviyo integration for about a year. We are in the process of emigrating to a new a Shopfiy store. I supposed I will need to deactivate the current integration, install the Klaviyo app in the new store and re-connect Klaviyo. Are there any best practices or suggestion about how to go about this? I am worried about customer being added twice….flows being disrupted...issues I may not even be aware of? Welcome any/all feedback here.Thanks in advance
How can I export everything for backup purposes? Say I accidentally deleted our mailing list (we have only one list in Klaviyo), or did something stupid like that.Mailchimp had an ‘Export and Back Up Account Data’ feature that lets you export everything in the account; audiences, reports, templates, campaigns etc. (not that I miss anything from Mailchimp)We love Klaviyo, so I’m hoping that there’s something similar or – as in most comparative situations – something better.Thanks, -oo
Hello! Is there a standard practice for using tags to organize lists, segments, campaigns, flows, etc. We have years worth of these things without tags so they are very unorganized. However, we are looking for suggestions as to the best way to organize and group using tags. Can you share how you use tags to group and maintain some order in Klaviyo? Thanks!
