Hi guys, can you help me please?I can’t find the Manage customer e Referral Link Options in my Partner Portal Profile. I need to solve as soon as possibile to register my client inside.Can you help me please?I didn’t understand how the unborading process works in the partner portal..maybe I’m missing to do something in the process..Thank you for your great help!
Hey guys, i’m a little stuck here and wonder if anyone has any ideas…I was using a free plan and our forms and flows were working well but they now aren’t adding to the list and the flows aren’t working either. I was sure Klayvio said this would be fine but i’d pay if I wanted to send emails to our 8k subscribers but is that incorrect and to use them I need to have a paid profile? We run events only 2x a year at the moment so theres no real need to pay the fees year round so i’m just trying to understand if we move platforms or if i’m missing something. thank you Jeannie
Hola, hace unos días me cambie de plan, abone el de 20 euros y sin querer parece que inhabilite mi cuenta, por lo cual no me deja hacer absolutamente nada, me canse de mandar mails y no tener ninguna respuesta. Podrían ayudarme a recuperarla ya que la necesito mucho a esta cuenta.
I closed my site, but kept my Klaviyo account as I want to do the trainings offered. Before downgrading I opened a case with Klaviyo asking for a refund for a charge for a month that should not have happened. I have a case number. I was told it would take time. I downgraded my account to a free one which means I cannot contact support. Support closed my case without responding and I cannot open a new one since I now have a free account. Is there any way to get Klaviyo’s attention since I have no way of contacting them without paying now?
Hi there, I’ve reached out to support multiple times regarding this and have not heard back (it’s been over a month). I’ve also emailed the Partner email inbox. I’m trying to add a new client to my Klaviyo Portal but I cannot since the brand’s previous agency is still attached. My team has 5x the amount of Klaviyo revenue after just one month and I do not want the old agency getting credit for this as it was my team, not theirs. I can have the Founder of the brand confirm this if needed. Could someone on the partner team please reach out to me? PS - I know this likely isn’t the right place to post this, so I apologize, but I do not want someone else getting credit for work they didn’t do! Thanks in advance! Alex
So Klaviyo has officially rolled out their new overview Dashboard and removed the green circle charts...Clearly they seem to think this clean look is better. But for the life of me, I don’t know why it’s now limited the filter dates to only today → 7 days → 30 days.The old overview you could filter by month, 180 days, past year, etc - that was WAY better.This is so restrictive:It give us way less control over our data at the high level and literally made it impossible to see the total store revenue and total email revenue + percentages in one view, for custom date range or previous month.Really bad move.I seriously hope this is fixed soon...
Ive just signed up to Klaviyo but I cant get anything to appear when I log in on Chrome. It works on Firefox but I do everything on Chrome so I dont want to change. I’ve updated my Mac OS, updated to latest version of Chrome. All Im getting is a blank white screen.
Hi, I have a question about the free planI have this months:341/250 profiles58/250 emails send0/150 sms credits I thinked when I passed 250 active profiles the free plan will end, but Im still on 0$/month, maybe bc I haven't send 250 emails this month?Can anyone explain it to me? I don't want klaviyo to stop sending emails.I just use it when ppl subscribe to my newsletter that they get a 10% code. Would be not good if they subscribe and klaviyo stops sending emails. Would be awesome to get help here. Thanks a lot guys.
Hi, I am a new Klaviyo Partner and I’ve added a few managed customers in my account, they are currently in pending but none of my clients have received the email to confirm that I manage their accounts. Is there a way to resend these emails or check if they have been sent?Thank you in advanceTDesign
Hi friends,I have 2 shopify sites where I sell product. I have one for my wholesale sales and one for my retail sales. The wholesale one is a totally separate site, not a subdomain. Is there a way to have a separate sign up form for my wholesale customers- they get a different welcome sequence, etc. Thank you for your advice! Amy
