How do I renew certifications that have expired? Is it as simple as taking the exam again or does the whole course need to be redone? Thanks.

If I remember correctly, in order to renew an expired Klaviyo Academy certificate, you will need to retake the certification exam. You do not need to retake the entire course if you have previously successfully completed it. All you need to do is log in to your Klaviyo account, navigate to the certification you want to renew, and click on the "Take the exam" button. The exam must be passed with a score of 80% or higher. Once you pass the exam, your certificate will be renewed for another year. You can also check the status of your certification on the Certificates tab in the Klaviyo Academy dashboard.
