We downgraded our plan and didn’t realize we could not send any support email with a $0 plan.
Our plan still had 28 days left but I accidentally clicked cancel plan now.
It is ridiculous how a company like this does not provide any email support, and you have to get on a plan to speak with a real person?!!?
I have an urgent matter I need to speak with them about, does anyone know what I can do here?
