Custom Report vs Analytics in Flows doesn't match

It can be seen that the open rates doesn’t match in the custom report and the analytics shown in flows. What’s the reason? The dashboard and the custom report show similar numbers but looking at the flow analytics, the average open rate shouldn’t be that low.

Yup. I ticked that box but nothing changed. In the first place, the flow is set on live so I don’t think  this would change anything other than removing the draft flows in the csv report itself.

Could it be that the A/B test is skewing the results? Or did you add/remove emails within the date range? It looks like even the number of emails delivered in the flow analytics doesn’t match with that in the custom report/dashboard.

No, we haven’t updated it yet. We’re still planning on updating this email flow and then we just noticed how off it is upon checking the metrics as well as the number of delivered email like you mentioned.
