Hello everyone,

as it’s already 2 months that I am having this issue I decided to ask if I am the only one here.

My Opens for some reason just stopped being registered. All my Flows and Campaigns gets 0% open rate. Not sure if my Clicks are being registered correctly either, but I do have some.

My Open rate was above 50% and I am absolutely sure that my emails are opened but the opens are not registered by Klaviyo. I have my personal emails on the list and I can see that my actions are not registered.

I have contacted support and finally they agreed that there is an issue. I am waiting the issue to be solved, but did not expected to take it such a long time.

I feel like I am losing my subscribers and my revenue as I do not have the accurate data and don’t know to whom send my emails.

I am so lost at what to do. Wondering if it’s something wrong with the platform.

Did this topic or the replies in the thread help you find an answer to your question?

Hi @Lina,

It sounds like a really frustrating situation! Since Klaviyo support has already acknowledged the issue, it’s good that you're on their radar. In the meantime, it might be worth double-checking a few things:

  1. Email Authentication: Ensure that your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are properly configured. This can sometimes impact how email tracking is handled.
  2. Tracking Setup: Confirm that open and click tracking are enabled for your account and emails.
  3. Third-Party Interference: If you’re using any additional integrations or firewalls, these might block tracking pixels.

If you’re still not seeing progress, I’d suggest reaching out to Klaviyo support again for a timeline or escalation. Feel free to DM me if you'd like help troubleshooting further!
