Anyone else seeing issues with gmail opens and/or deliverability? Open rates for our welcome email dropped drastically on gmail addresses around the end of January, but all other domains are the same. I’m thinking there might be deliverability problems, and I’ve had a few cases of people our organization getting the welcome email in their spam folder.
We use the ksd1.klaviyomail.com, and I have seen a few of our IP addresses show on blacklists (though not major ones).

When you say your deliverability dropped drastically, did you make any recent changes to your account like setting up your own sending domain in Klaviyo? Also, have you looked into if these are mostly hard/soft bounces when trying to send your welcome series? When was the last time you did a List Cleaning?
Yes, I have come to the community to do some readings because I have noticed a marked drop in open rates in the last month or so. Especially gmail.
