Hello.I just recently moved to Klaviyo from Omnisend and set up everything already, disabled Omnisend plugin in WooCommerce so it won’t fight with Klavyio.After I tried to place order from diferent emails, browsers, phones, computer..I just don’t receive order confirmation email. Moreover when I check metrics for “Started Checkout” and “Placed orders” it doesn’t show any data.Also when I confirmed order I didn’t receive email that order was shipped. On “Activity feed” data also only shows I visited certain product but that’s it. I’m also using filters to send confirmation order for people who place order in Slovenian language and in English language for people outside Slovenia. Never had problems with that filters and emails with Omnisend so I doub’t this problem is on my end. I’m using WooCommerce and my email flow’s were already confirmed.
Hey everyone! I want to track every email activity to show it in our dashboard.So, i send request to track event “Example Event” and i can see, that in timeline it looks good, but there isn’t any helpful info when i look at “Receive Email” event. Found out, that subsequent events has the same cohort id, but nothing matched with original event.
Hi, I was running deliverability analysis using this tool (https://www.mail-tester.com/) and it gave my email a rating of 7/10, which is good, but not great. My Spam Assassin score is -1 (lower than -5 and the email is toast). What concerns me is that my server IP is in 3 blacklists Additionally, another major issue is that there are two broken links (which appear to be tracking links not within my control How do I fix these issues and improve my deliverability?
How can I create a new tag (event) for analytics? I’m using salesforce commerce cloud.
As stated above, how can we now A/B Split test subject lines if open rate is now not as accurate of a metric?
Hi,Here is the flow we set up. However, Email #4 and Copy of Email #5 are not delivering whereas all other emails have. What is the issue behind this? Thank you for your help!
Hi all,I’ve seen in one of the help centre articles the following screenshot showing this dashboard above the list of campaigns in the Campaigns tab. In my Email performance dashboard there’s the 4th item: Revenue per recipient missing, I have the first 3. Is there a way to add it? Hi Klaviyo Team, I’m not sure if my viewed product tracking is correct, hence the question. Currently having only 1-2 individuals viewing my products daily, which is vastly different from my traffic flow.

Hi folks,The back in stock notification seemed to be working fine, but it turns out it’s showing on a product that uses options, and both options are in stock.I have a bad feeling this is going to be one of those situations where there’s a “gotcha” and it will be a case of “cant use back in stock in BigCommerce if you also use options” or something similar. I’m hoping to be proved wrong.Thought I’d reach out here in case someone else has experienced this. The time zone difference means I most likely won’t get a response from Klaviyo until tomorrow morning.Thanks!
HiI have a very n00b question about building a product performance report and I am running into a wall.I need to display order ID on a daily basis and selected the following parameters in a single metric report The output is zilch.Changing the OrderID with ItemName gives me a nicely formatted report, however. How do I add the orderID to this report? I have tried multiple options but none seem to stick.
I just switched my sign up forms from Mailchimp to Klaviyo last week and I’ve already gotten a few sign ups.I guess I should have thought through this strategy before Black Friday but I happened to see something about it being a good idea to “Warm Up” your list when you switch where your emails are coming from.Do I have time to do that before Black Friday? Am I asking for trouble starting my very first campaigns as big BFCM promotions?I thought about sending my promotions via Mailchimp and ease into Klaviyo, but #1, I was hoping to skip another month of double paying for my newsletters - it’s not a super big deal, but would be nice. Plus, my promotions wouldn’t go to the new sign ups. I suppose I could manually add in Mailchimp.Appreciate any advice on how to proceed. Thanks!

Is it possible to manually or dynamically create a “utm_campaign” value that does NOT include the “campaign name” or “subject line”? Can it just be a unique campaign ID number or the like?
So I have two things going on: I’m using Dawn 2.0 and I’m using a pagefly product page that displays differently for desktop and tablet/phone. I can’t seem to get the “added to cart” event to work for me. Anyone with similar setups have a work-around?

Has anyone noticed that their click through rate has significantly decreased recently? Ours dropped a lot in the month of October and I’m wondering if it has anything to do with IOS updates and inflated open rates. Or could it have something to do with image size?

Hello I am trying to track customer’s activity on our shopify site. There is a page they are directed to after they submit a “contact us” form and would love to be able to see how many people are making it there from our klaviyo email marketing campaign. Is there a way to add specific page visits metrics to klaviyos analytics? I’ve come across a couple of articles explaining similar things but can’t quite figure out the way to do this. Thanks

Hi,During a review meeting today, my client did a screen share so we could work through some edits to the welcome flow. Her view looked very different than mine - hers includes revenue and my view doesn’t (even though I have admin access). Here’s an example of one of the email’s analytics. Any idea on how to fix this? Hi,I’ve been trying to get the Add To Cart metric to work, but unsure what’s wrong. When I inspect:The code I typed itIt doesn’t show up as an event in my metric and it doesn’t record the Add To Cart in the Data Feed when I test it.Would really appreciate the help!
Good Morning! I hoping someone could help me with my email situation. So I have been talking with klaviyo support about my all of my emails bouncing. So he informed me that I shouldn’t use my yahoo email to send messages and that i should set up a Dedicated Sending Domain. My question is: Should I purchase a business email and use that email with my klaviyo account?Thank you in advance!
