How many emails should I include in my flow, In order to encourage a new purchase ? please

Should I rather focus on campaigns or should I fill my post-purchase flow to encourage them

Hey @dim23

Welcome to the Klaviyo Community and congrats on your first post! So happy you came here to collaborate.

You ask a really great but challenging question to answer. As every business and customer base has different needs, there is no specific number of emails you should use. Typically we advise that if you are still able to generate incremental revenue from a flow message without prompting an abnormally high unsubscribe rate, keep the message. If a message is consistently generating no additional revenue, that’s probably a good sign that it’s time to end the flow before that message.

Hope this helps! Thanks again for being part of the Klaviyo Community!
