Hi, I set up an email campaign to send to 6,900 recipients, turned off smart sending, and email was supposed to be sent out at local time because most of my customers are local. It was scheduled for 8am and it’s 9:15am now, and it’s only been sent to 396 people and it says it’s “still sending”. There’s no chance that 6,500 people are in different time zone...what could be causing this? I want to trouble shoot so I can send out another campaign later this afternoon or tomorrow morning.
