I have setup an order cancellation flow and a refunded order flow a few days ago.
But I don’t see any profiles in waiting although they have passed the trigger.

I have used no trigger filters or profile filters.

Can you share a screenshot of the overall flow setup? is there a time delay? Is the flow set to “manual” or “live”? Do you have Smart Sending turned on? What does the first email of the flow show for analytics? You are right that customers should be moving through the flow, so Im curious as to what everything is currently looking like.

From what you’ve shared, I’m confused as to why your preview shows refund as the trigger event but the flow has a cancelled order event. Two separate flows?

For both, have you checked those 10 most recent events to see if they triggered before your flows were live?
