Hi,im using Klaviyo with Woocommerce. I asked support to add the “on hold” status to my orders. This should prevent people from getting into the abandoned cart flow. It’s currently set to manual but im still seeing users in the “needs review” section User:Placed an order (order status “on hold”)User shows up in the “needs review” tab. Any idea what im missing? Thanks!
I’ve been receiving “Oooops 404” errors in multiple accounts while trying to create, edit, update, and save flows and messages in flows. Support isn’t available and I’m on a launch deadline. Has anyone encountered this in the last 24 hours? Were you able to resolve it? It’s happening VERY frequently and I’m trying to determine if it’s a platform problem or a me problem.
Is there a way to completely delete a campaign? I don’t want to archive it.
Hey, My company has been using a 3 party to do e-mail marketing last season, but this year we are doing it ourself. One thing i noticed is that our campaigns are tracking both open and click rate but not placed order. Does anyone know what we are missing? All the campaigns from our third party was tracking placed orders and sales, and we know for a fact that all of our campaigns also made some sales through discount codes, so i guess there is a UTM parameter we can´t seem to find or something. My new sign up forms were made live on our website this morning as part of our Klaviyo implementation (yay!) but the Welcome Series keeps triggering to people when their order status is changed to “Order Fulfilled” even though they subscribed to the newsletter list days ago. How do I stop this from happening? I don’t want to exclude people who sign up via the checkout / account registration areas but I can’t keep having these emails send to the wrong customers that have already received the welcome series through our previous EPS.
We got the back in stock flow working in our Shopware 6 shop.But we run into an issue where we want to know the language/store/storefront on which the customer subscribed to the back in stock list. Hi there! I am trying to create a browse abandonment flow for a client utilizing the new editor. Anytime I try to use Klaviyo’s pre-built flow, it defaults the template to the old editor. All of our templates were built on the new editor, and I can’t find a way to utilize the pre-built event data in any of these. Making the browse abandonment blocks from scratch has proven to be challenging for me. Does anyone have advice? Am I missing something? Thanks!
Hi there, we’re wanting to replace an existing email within a live flow. The existing email has a number of people queued (waiting). We’d like to transfer this queued list to a new email we’re adding to the flow, replacing the original one. Is this possible?

We have a growing customer base but have limited knowledge on why they are rating us so highly. We would like to send an email with a simple 7 questions survey that we can then use to match with their customer records.We use to use forms in Privy but not sure whether that can be done natively in Klaviyo or we need an integration. I have a flow for customers who have requested to be notified when a product is back in stock. I would love to send them an email recommending similar products they could check out as they wait. (Ex. They want a specific basketball hoop, I want to recommend different basketball hoops while that one is out of stock)What is the best way to set this up? I have about 15 categories I’d like to recommend. I’ve seen conditional splits recommended, but that’s a lot of splits for the amount of categories I have.Is there a way for Klaviyo to automatically pull category information without having several flow splits/manually selecting which data feed to recommend?
Hi Klaviyo Fam,1. I’m setting up the Replenishment flow, with the trigger of specific product in each email. I’d like to add a button that direct to checkout page with a specific product. Is this possible?2.And then I’m having trouble with the button links because when I update the templates for the specific product ( e.g CREAMER), the other templates are updating the button links with the creamer links as well. It doesn't direct to the correct product.Thanks for helping me Fam.
Hello,We recently migrated to Klaviyo from HubSpot. In HubSpot we were able to upload PDFs of Vouchers and they would create unique URLs for us to share and input into email/SMS campaigns. Can Klaviyo do this? I played around with the brand library and it seems like the only formats available are JPEG, PNG, and Gif. Is this correct? Finally, if we switch the format of the vouchers to JPEG or PNG, does Klaviyo generate a unique URL, so we can place it into our emails and other digital campaigns?Thanks,John

Hello, I have integrated Shopify with Klaviyo and inserted product feeds in my browse abandonment and abandoned cart flow emails. However, I noticed that the generated product recommendations are all the same in the emails that I have received in the past month. I’m very confused because shouldn’t the product feeds be dynamic? Hi all, I have 2 options to setup a flow. send email no. 1, wait 2 days, check if a lead clicked on a link in the email. if yes, send notification to myself. if no, send email no, 2. and so on. send email no 1, check if a lead clicked on a link in the email. if yes, send notification to myself. if no, wait 2 days, send email no. 2, and so on. the problem with option 1 is that it doesn’t send the notification as soon as a lead clicks on a link. but i want to receive the notification as soon as someone clicks on the link. the problem with option 2 is that i don’t how how long does the flow waits after send email no. 1 until it checks if a lead clicked on a link. like if someone clicks on the link 5 hours after receiving email no. 1, will it send notification or waits 2 days and send email no 2? thanks
Hey All, I’m trying to understand how Abandon Cart and Browse Abandonment flows work from a technical perspective.Setting everything up as a flow is easy and I get all those parts. What I don’t understand is how Klaviyo collects the emails and tracks the user through the website. To illustrate, let’s say we have these groups of users: Stumblers These people have stumbled upon the website, looked at some products, added them to cart, did not complete the purchase and left the website. Curious Stumblers These people did the same as the Stumblers, but they have also given their email in the discount pop-up or any other email capture form on the website Curious Stumblers - No Consent These users acted the same way as the #2, but they have denied cookie consent. Buyers These users have successfully completed a purchase at least once and have entered their email in the checkout pageMy question is, how would Klaviyo behave in regards to abandoned carts/browse abandonment for each of these
