I am try sent last trigger started checkout using a flow, but always was sent first triggered started checkout. The customer triggered multiple started checkout. Is can do this with a flow?. Thank for your help.Attached a flow.
For the new year, I’d like to replace my old Welcome Series Flow with a new one. Obviously, I turn off the old one, then change the status on the new one from draft to live. But what happens to all the customers who are currently going through the old flow? I collect emails with JustUno. Do I have to change the integration settings to make sure they dump into the new flow? Is there anything else I should do? I suppose all the customers working their way through the old flow won’t receive any ore emails unless I manually dump them into the new flow, correct? Thanks
HI-My winback flows are not performing well. I checked our analytics for each winback flow and nothing seems to be working. We have no open and click rates. We did the back populate trigger as well for customers who had orders last from x number of days.Is there anything that we did wrong or should add to show data from old customers who have opened our win back emails? Hello,we have succesfully conected our WooCommerce shop and it now loads all the available products. Problem is when we create this flow: “Customer Winback - A/B Test Time Delay”, it simply does not read from what customer buys to then recommend him something from our WooCommerce. We have the data on both sides and i think the categories are matching, but when i look at the previews examples it does not take what some one has bought in history to the recommender. Can someone help? :)Tadeáš
