Flow Trigger/Conditional Split - If Someone is In a Segment

This seems like something that should be so obvious and already added, but why is there no Trigger or Conditional Split parameter to see if someone is in a particular segment. This can be done through API, but would really like to have this as a feature in the future.

Sunset Flow

Hello Klaviyo Community, I hope you are having a super day!  Quick question: I am setting up a sunset flow using the Standard Klaviyo template - image attached- According to this article: https://academy.klaviyo.com/improve-your-sunset-flow/1460196 -“If after five days someone has not opened the email (s), a new profile property will be added to their Klaviyo profile to indicate that they should be removed from your list (Unengaged = true).”  My question:  If someone does go ahead and opens either of the two emails in the flow and does not  click unsubscribe using the link provided - Klaviyo will recognize them as engaged and therefore not create a new profile property?  The new profile property will only be created if they don’t open either of the emails, is that correct? Any guidance or help will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you. Rox

Flow Metric Trigger Filtering

I’m not quite sure what this Filtering section does. On first glance, I would assume that it filters the Flows based on the triggering metric, but it seems it doesn’t do this. For example, if I want to only see flows that have the Active on Site trigger, it still shows flows that don’t have this as a trigger. So I’m a bit confused as to what this filtering parameter does.

Email did not send but are under the "scheduling" status

Hello, I sent out 3 emails today each time I clicked “send now,” and each email only had 1 recipient. However, none of the emails have been sent and all are still under the status of “scheduling.”Why is this the case and how can I avoid this? Thanks,

Filter a single flow email

Hi everyone! I’d like to filter a single email in my flow based on wether someone has received this same email in the past, but it’s an email from a different flow (with the exact same content) Is that even possible?I’ve read https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002779091-How-to-add-an-additional-filter-to-a-single-flow-emailBut I still have some questions:I can see the option to add a filter to the email like this: *Has not received this email* (*skip anyone who has received this message* *at any time*). What are the requirements for klaviyo to recognize that it is the same email as from the other flow? P.s. It is a brand story/educational email from my welcome flow, which I would like to be send in my post-purchase flow to those who have not received this email in the past.

Pre-header is not shown on certain inbox providers

Hi klaviyo community, we use for our emails also the pre-header to promote the content of our mails. But unfortunately we noticed that our pre-header is not shown for certain inbox providers, f.ex. web.de. Instead it shows the snippet from our web view link und the web view link itself, which is part of the email. For other providers like google, yahoo, Apple mail and many others the pre-header is working.  Did someone else experience this issue and maybe found already a way to fix this? BestLaura

Abandoned Checkout discount

Is there any possible way to know if my abandoned checkout discount is working correctly? I tried to look at it at a email that was sent to a client but it still appers like Preview Button code is: {{ event.extra.checkout_url}}/&discount={% coupon_code 'Abandoned10' %}

Massive Dip in CTR's

Two of my campaigns sent to 20k+ people 1 months apart have CTR's of 1.9 and 0.8. What could be the reason I'm seeing such a dip despite the offer remaining the same in both these campaigns?

how are evaluated split conditions in Flows

Sorry if my question has already been answered, but I did not find it.Considering a Flow with a split condition relative to email interests. If my split condition is followed by 3 email sendings, is the condition reevaluated before each send ?Other way to ask : In a flow, what happens if I enter the TRUE branch of a SPLIT condition but this condition changes in time? Does the flow stop?Thanks in advance for your help.D.

Price drop flow triggered when price went UP?

Hi folks.I have submitted a query about this via email to support, but curious to see if I get any insight here without the time zone difference playing such a big factor.Essentially, we removed the sale pricing from some items in BigCommerce, returning them to their normal price. One of these items triggered the price drop notification email and I have no idea why!A secondary issue is that the same profile viewed about 5 other products that had their prices dropped enough that the flow should have been triggered, but it wasn’t.Smart sending is turned on, but I don’t see any data in the “skipped due to smart sending” section in the recipient report. Does anyone have any insight here?Thanks!

Dynamic product feeds show old products and browse abandonment shows products in wrong language.

Hello!I have 2 questions. I work with multiple language shop in Magento2.First question.Browse abandonment flow sends e-mails with products in wrong language. For example I have put up 3 different flows for different languages. I have conditional split with MagentoWebsiteID for different languages. Still sometimes it sends e-mails with product in wrong language. Second question.Dynamic product feeds shows old or out of stock products. We have a lot of products and I have avoided sending out e-mails with dynamic product feeds, because of this error.The stock variable also does not seem to work and Klaviyo finds products that are not in stock. What could be wrong?  Thank you!

Simple flow with one email not working - newbie here!

Hi,I set up a simple flow based on a trigger list. There is only one email. Yesterday it worked fine, but today it’s not delivering. It is set to “Live”. I’m new at this. Oddly, the other flow I set up with a split with emails and is working fine. Hoping I’m just overtired and missing the obvious. Any ideas?

Advise | Newsletter Subs. for coming soon page - and then?

Hi there,I am looking for your experience and advise in terms of newsletter in regards to a coming soon page.My page is currently setup as a coming soon page, no countdown yet since I dont know whether I go in 3, 4 or 5 weeks online.I have setup with Klavijo now a newsletter if the customer subscribe it (content is some preview incl. discount code).❔Should I send out a second mail as long as the page is not ready yet?The Klavijo flow suggest then a few days waiting time, followed by a social media mail which includes some shopping options. Last I cant add yet, since page is not live yet.❔Any advise what the content should in case you recommend to send out a second mail? I have already setup Instagram and Pinterest but no content yet. I plan to start here maybe 2 weeks before going live with the page. Thanks in advance.

Recipent Activity is Empty

Hi! For some reason my last post got deleted, but I’m back again with the same issue: In the Campaign Analytics tab, there’s a tab for recipient activity. All tabs under recipient activity have the correlating numbers attached (i.e. received email (10,123) clicked email (5,123), etc. However, when I click into the tabs that are not the “received email” tab —yesterday, no data was populated. Today, it looks as though opened email has 18 pieces of customer data, even though the total at the top says 1359 customers opened the email. The same is true for clicked data, one customer’s data is populated though the total number is 400+.  Any thoughts, fixes, or explanations? Does it take several days post-send for this data to populate? Or am I missing something in reporting/creating/etc? Thanks in advance for any help!

Is support email down?

I am attempting to contact support as I have accidentally erased a welcome series flow. I am recieving a message that says request can not be submitted and to try again later. After waiting and several attempts I am still recieving the same message. Can someone please tell me if support is down or if I am doing something wrong? Thank you in advance.

The Psychology of Discount Incentives

We all at some point have run discount promotion in campaigns or abandoned cart flows etc. And indeed these do work well as long as you have sufficient margin to play with.. There is an understood theory that the fear of loss is more of an incentive than the attraction of a gain. I dont recall where I read it .. may have been Freakonomics or some other that studies have shown that if a greater performace takes place if sales staff are given their maximum bonus at the beginning of each month and at the end of the month if they hit target they get to keep or if they underperform its taken away.. Bear with me.. Could this be applied to discount codes.. Option A give each customer a code eg 20$ with an invitation to use within 48 hours or the gift expires ( could have min 200 $ spend so no more than 10% discount ) Option B give each customer a 10% off code again with an expiry.. My prediction ( as I am about to test ) is that Option A will win the A/B Has anyone tried this alternative disc

Notifying a Contest Winner

I created a Sign Up Form for potential customers to enter to win a free item in my store. I’ve selected the winner & I thought all I’d have to do was create a segment with the winners SMS to notify them, but I can’t seem to create a segment with only that person.It won’t let me filter by phone number.Any suggestions on how to do this?
