I’m experiencing an issue with the Review Request (email + SMS) flow where I’m attempting to exclude customers who have ordered products with the "Digital" tag.

Here’s what I’ve done so far:

  1. I set up a profile filter in the flow that should limit the trigger to only include profiles that have "Ordered Product" zero times over all time where Tags contain "Digital."
  1. However, despite this filter, the flow still includes customers who have ordered digital products, which should be excluded.

 

Additionally, I need to include those customers who have the "Digital" tag in a separate flow specifically designed for digital product reviews. It’s crucial that the exclusion in the current flow works correctly so that the digital product customers are only targeted by the appropriate flow.

I’ve tried refining the filter and double-checked the setup, but the issue persists.

Could you please help me troubleshoot this? I need to ensure that customers who have ordered digital products are excluded from this specific review request flow so they can be properly managed in the new flow.
