I am new to Klaviyo. I have multiple email flows set up. I noticed my Welcome Series Newsletter is not sending emails and I believe none of my flows will send emails out. On my Shopify, I have it set up to say, ‘’ Signup up for our newsletter and receive 10% off your first order.’’ I have tested this with multiple email addresses and it does not send the email. I have changed my setting to single opt in as well and it is still not sending. I have checked under Audiences and it does show the email addresses that was typed in for a newsletter. Just the actual email itself was never sent. Need some help with this please.
