Hello, so my team just set our post-purchase flow to live. It has the usual trigger (Placed Order) and conditional split for first-time buyers (Placed Order equals 1 Over All Time).
However, the first thing we noticed is that there are more recipients in the ‘No’ branch -- see pic.
My teammate says this is unusual, because we’re only expecting only about 5% of the total recipients to be repeat customers, i.e. to belong in the ‘No’ branch. We should be seeing more in the ‘Yes’ branch. Instead we’re seeing the opposite.
Are we missing something in the flow setup? What could explain this?
