Hi! So I got an automation from an ecomm business using Klaviyo and Shopify that was based off searching a specific product onsite. The email was essentially “we saw you searching for this on our site!”
Does anyone know how trigger such an automation? I’m guessing it may involve APIs. Thanks so much!

I believe you are looking for information regarding a Browse Abandonment flow?
Browse Abandonment is a standard Klaviyo pre-built flow. Browse abandonment emails are similar to abandoned cart emails, but are triggered when an identifiable browser visits a product page. In contrast to abandoned cart emails, it does not require the user to start or complete a checkout. For more information on Browse Abandonment flows, I recommend looking into our article on it here.
