We’re seeing amazing results with getting to engage with our customers/fans through SMS, the only thing we wish we had to keep up to date with the messages is a simple mobile app! In the pipeline possibly?

Glad you’re loving Klaviyo and that you’re seeing results through engaging with your customers via SMS!
At present I am not aware if our Product Team is working on an independant mobile app to converse with your SMS subscribers outside of the SMS messaging tool within the Klaviyo UI itself. However, in an app filled world, I love this idea and will be sharing your feedback with our Product Team to consider!
