Contact triggering two flows

A basic question, if a contact meet the requirements for two flows at the same time, I assume both will be triggered?

@David Thornton you are correct! If a profile meets the conditions of two different flows at the same time, both flows will be triggered.  However, you can set up a few rules to avoid any overlap.

  • Flow and Trigger Filters - You can set up custom Flow or Trigger Filters to make the flow more exclusive (i.e Browse Abandonment Flow and Abandoned Cart Flow - If a profile Views an Item, then adds it to their cart to checkout both flows would be eligible to trigger, so you would want to make sure you add a Flow Filter to the Browse Abandonment Flow “Started Checkout zero time since starting this flow)
  • Smart Sending - If you enable Smart Sending on an email within your flow, the profile will automatically skip that email if they have received an email from you within the Smart Sending window, which is 16 hours by default but can be changed.
