How can I create a flow for customers who place an order and select local pickup?

Hey all, is it possible to create a flow for customers who place an order and select local pickup?

I’m not sure which trigger filter it would be and would appreciate your advice!

Thanks for sharing your question with us!

Do you have the property ‘local pickup’ already created and synced to your account? The dropdown menu is only showing the properties that your eccommerce site sends over to Klaviyo. I’d recommend creating a ‘tag’ on profiles in Shopify that choose this option after they place an order. Once you create this tag, it will be able to sync to your Klaviyo account as profile property, which can then be used as a Flow filter in your ‘Placed Order’ flow.
