I am running a flow which shows personalised recommendations - but it shows the ‘was’ price. I want it to show the ‘only’ price (the reduced price). Is this something Klaviyo can fix or does it have to be fixed from the WooCommerce side?

I would recommend reading About Using Event Variables to Personalize Flows. When you click “Preview” in your flow, are both the “was” and “only” prices visible in the event data? If so, you can follow the instructions in that Help Center article to copy and paste the syntax to reference those fields into your email.
