Hi there, I am trying to make a flow for customers who’ve bought a specific product with a conditional split to see if they’ve bought another related product. If Yes, they flow through to a 12 hour wait then receive an email. If No, they flow to another email. It seems though that almost everyone is stuck in the Waiting phase of the conditional split and I’m not sure why. Also, only 5 people have moved down to the Yes flow email, and they are all in “review” and no emails have gone out. Can you help me figure out what I’m doing wrong? Thanks
Hey everyone, I’m trying to setup a win back flow for customers that haven’t ordered within 75 days (but have at least placed 1 order).I setup the flow and set a filter, it seems to have filtered out people that didn’t place one in 75 days (which is opposite) of what I wanted. No mater what I do, and back-populate, the status does not change. What am I missing? Is there a way to start everyone from 0 in the flow? https://www.dropbox.com/s/lnu0wcns1jza1g4/winbackflow.png?dl=0
Hello,We’re looking to make an email to send out to all of our current email subscribers informing them of our new SMS VIP group. We want to have a way for them to sign up over the email. Is there a block we can put for them to input the number on the email directly? Or will we just have to include a button for them to click that brings them to the sign up page. Thanks
Hello everyone, I am currently facing an issue. I just recently integrated AfterShip with Klaviyo. The metrics are all active but I am not seeing AfterShip nor its flow templates (Order In Transit, Order Out for Deliver and Received Delivery). in the Flow setup section.I can manually create the flows and setup the triggers but I don’t know where to get the codes. Please help
We’re just getting started with Klaviyo for our subscription-based business that uses Woo Subscriptions. In reviewing the Klaviyo-Woo (and 3rd party/suggested Klaviyo Toolkit for subscriptions plugin) integration, I see that these integrations don’t share ‘next payment’ date to subscriber profiles. We’re hoping to use Klaviyo to send ‘pre-renewal notices’ to both yearly and monthly subscribers - e.g. ‘your subscription will renew in 30 days’ - and I’m wondering what solution has worked best for other companies seeking to do the same. In our case, my sense is that this is likely best solved by using Zapier to populate Custom Property fields, and using a custom property of ‘next payment’ along with the ‘subscription status’ data passed via the provided Klaviyo Toolkit Plugin to trigger and filter these flows. Is that how others are handling similar issues? Or is there a better method?
Hello, There is something weird that happening around our cart abandon flow. When we’re clicking the CTA button, it doesn't take us to the abandoned product page, it only takes us to the Home page, making it extremely difficult to find solutions on it. Is there anyway around on how to fix this type of issue? Our ecommerce platform is Magento 2.3
Hi,I want our customers to receive customised emails - depending on which product they have bought. Therefore I created a post purchase flow. For example: If customers buy a cotton product they receive email A, if they buy cashmere they receive email B and so on. If the conditions do not apply, i.e. the customer has not bought product A, B, C or D, then they automatically receive a generic email. Currently, almost all customers fall into the category with the generic email, even though they fulfill the given conditions like they bought product A but received the generic email. So obviously I have an error in the flow, probably with the conditional split. However, I am not getting anywhere here. Can anyone tell me what I need to set in the conditional split?
Hi,Has anyone of you tried optimizing your campaigns on Outlook?I’m designing some flows but are struggling to get the design right for example on both Gmail and Outlook at the same time. Here are the things I’m struggling with:- footer padding: odd white space in Outlook while the email looks perfect in Klaviyo/ Gmail, or the other way around- product block style, especially the font and the click button styling. I can't display the selected font style in outlook and the buttons look really off in Outlook.- random thin padding under some of the blocks in Outlook- No text spacing in Outlook, but again, looks perfect in Klaviyo & GmailWould love to learn more about your experience and how you worked with that.Thank you for your help.
Hi all, I scheduled a campaign to go out during a specific time this evening (not recipient local time) and it still hasn’t sent almost 1 hour later. It appears to be stuck in the campaign’s “Ready and waiting” status which I don’t understand. Has anyone else experienced this or know how to troubleshoot the issue? Klaviyo live chat support shut down at 5pm ET and my email was scheduled to send at 6pm ET, so live support isn’t available tonight to help me with this.Thank you in advance!
Using Shopify. Need something like a back-in-stock alert but for specific audiences only. I want to send back-in-stock emails only to people that previously bought from Collection A of my Shopify store. Then ideally, no duplicate emails if they bought Product A and Product B, separately, from Collection A. Is there like a flow for this?
I am wanting to send people to one main email list. I have a few different ways people get to that list so I am wanting to use Flows to send different emails (initially) to my opt-ins depending on where they came from. And then after a few emails they would end up getting emails from my main list. Specifically on one of my forms I created or added a source value for my form to make it more identifiable but when I go in to the Flow Filter to select that source value, I see no option to choose it. Not sure what I am doing wrong.
Hi there,I’m facing issue and that is the product block aka personalize recommendation in not showing on the template when I’m previewing the template! But when I choose ‘select from catalog’ that time is showing. Could anyone please tell me how can I solve this issue?
Dear support team, This is my website https://www.thesstudioonline.com/ build by WordPress woocommerce website that ships worldwide. Our default currency is ₹ INR but we have a currency selector on-site which prompts users to view the site in other currency. Most customers are in USA.Klaviyo is not differentiating currencies in abandoned cart email templates when importing using “item.line_price”, so the automated prices in our flows are a mix of USD, INR…. varying per customer. How can we import product prices in specific currencies to at the time of customer checkout price? Note: used currency converter plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-currency-switcher/
Hi,I am wondering if it’s possible to add people to Browse Abandonment flow reactively? The idea is:I want to run a limited time campaign and offer a discount code for a certain category (Category A). I want to send email to people who viewed a product from this particular category in the last 30 days AND display that viewed product in the email. How can I do this? I was thinking about Browse Abandonment Flow with a trigger split. If the viewed product is in the Category A person will go through path YES and will receive the email and if the viewed product is not in the Category A person will go through path NO and exit the flow.Am I thinking right? Would email display the right product (belonging to Category A)?
Hello,I have created a popup linked to a list called subscriber popup. And I have linked this list to a flow which triggers emails with discount codes (Coupons) once a new customer is added to the list. How can I have validation on this popup so in case this email is already existing in the list, a message should be shown like “You are already a customer..”?
Hi all, so I’m setting up a price-drop trigger flow... Simple enough. I have some conditional splits for “subscribed to list” and “placed order at least once over all time” however… how do I add the product that has had the price drop to the email content?Having an email saying something along the lines of “the price of an item you looked at just dropped” seems a bit redundant if you can’t display that specific product in an email…Any advice?
