Post-Purchase Pre-order Flow with Tags

Hi, I’m trying to figure out how to set up an email flow for customers that purchased one of our pre-order items. The issue I have is that we only have certain sizes/colours of two products up for pre-order, some that are still in stock, so was running into the issue of the Placed Order pre-order tag not registering in Klaviyo to trigger the flow or add people to a pre-order segment.  Any tips on a workaround or something I have missed? Thx!

Creating a Post-Purchase flow that doesn't clash with existing Welcome Flow

For context: I am using Klaviyo’s Post-Purchase Follow-Up - Order Count Split template.1 - I have an already existing welcome flow that sends to those who subscribe at checkout. Would the post-purchase flow provided by Klaviyo result in those in the welcome flow getting sent through both flows simultaneously? How do I ensure this doesn’t happen, and/or how would Klaviyo know which of the two to prioritize? 2 - Where does the link provided “review this item” in the post-purchase flow for customer reviews go? How do I test that link? I don’t want reviews to be displayed on our site but I want the reviews recorded somewhere for internal reference.This is what the review button is currently linked to: {{ organization.url|trim_slash }}/products/{{ item.product.handle }}#reviewsThank you for your help!

Dynamic coupon code for every three products purchased?

Hi, this takes a bit long to explain. But we have this loyalty program where customers get a 33 % discount whenever they buy three products. They can use this discount on their next buy for a fourth product. We have Klaviyo integrated with Magento 2.So, the way I would like to set it up is:Set a segment: customers who bought three products.Set a flow: send dynamically generated code.This part seems easy.The tricky part is, how to count products ordered across various purchases?For example. It is typical customers buy 5 products for a certain discount. So two products would have to wait for another purchase to make a customer eligible for another 33 % discount coupon.And how would I reset the count once a customer gets a code. I probably can’t filter him our from entering the flow again.I hope this is not confusing, but if anyone has ever done something similar, I will be very grateful. Thank you.

Triggers Filters doesn't work

I’ve created a kind of up-sell flow in Klaviyo with some triggers filters that looks like that:When Someone Placed an Order → then these profile filtersthen → triggers filters but it didn’t seems to work because I saw no contant/profile entering the flow. I checked the website platform analytics and it looks like people ordered one of these products but didn’t enter the flow. Any idea why be happening?

Emails are being sent to a list of our past paying customers. When creating a campaign based on a segment, what state of the segment will be used?

If I create a campaign based on a segment and schedule it for the next day, will the campaign use the state of the segment at the moment of campaign creation, or at the moment of sending the campaign? Based on the segment definition, some users might be added into the segment, some might leave it in the meantime, so how does it work?And what if I change the definition of the segment after scheduling the campaign but before it was sent?

How Placed Order Metric Is Defined?

Hi guys,As our business is doing well lately. My team is reviewing performance by some metrics, and the placed order metric (in campaign performance) is among the top priorities. But somehow the numbers in Klaviyo and in Shopify don't match each other. For example, we assume the number of orders and the sales would be equal when it comes to the 2 platforms' analytics. But they all turn out to be different. Sometimes, the gap is huge 😱 (to be clearer, we get data from Shopify Marketing tab). Issue with sunset flow

Hello Klaviyo Friends!I have a sunset flow asking subscribers if they still want to be on our list. If so, they click a button that takes them to a specific URL on our site. When they click that link, they are added to a segment that triggers another flow that sends them a coupon. Today I noticed something odd, 2 subscribers clicked the link more than 2 months ago (one in January, one in February), but JUST got added to the segment that triggers the coupon this morning. Also, even though they are now part of the segment, they were not sent an email. (I don’t have any flow filters or profile filters on the coupon flow.) See screenshots below. The coupon flow *seemed* to be working fine before and after they clicked. So I have 2 questions: 1 – Why were they not added to the segment until today?2 – Why were they not sent an email?Segment that triggers the coupon to be sent Profile received and clicked link in January  Profile added to trigger segment April 24 Profile qualifies for flow tr

Archive a sent Campaign using API

Hi all, I’m building an automated software which will end up sending quite a few campaigns however I do not want to cloud the campaigns tab. Is there anyway to archive a sent campaign? I’ve tried using the “update campaign” endpoint with “archived”:true in the attributes section but to no avail. Any help would be much appreciated!Thanks,

First purchase anniversary flow not working

I’m having an issue with the 1st purchase anniversary flow. I can’t figure out why the “conditional split” puts every customer in “Waiting”… I used Klaviyos template to create the flow.It has been active for over a month and no email has been sent yet. Any ideas of why this might happen?

Differentiating between repeat customers buying new products and customers buying the same product in flows

I am creating a post-purchase flow, and I need to send 3 types of thank you emails:For brand new customers For repeat customers buying the same product For Repeat customers buying a new product.The way I am thinking of structuring it is this:Conditional split - Placed order equals 1 over all time.YES - Email 1, for brand new customers.NO: Trigger Split - Items contains product A - checking if the order has Product A        YES - Conditional split - Ordered product A is at least 2 over all time where name equals ProductA - checking if the product A has been ordered more than 2 times              YES - Email for repeat customers buying the same product              NO - Email for repeat customers buying a new product.        NO - Trigger Split - Items contains productB                                       YES - Conditional split - Ordered product A is at least 2 over all time where name equals ProductB                              YES - Email for repeat customers buying the same product

How to see click through rates on clipped message

Hi everyone. We’ve had a few messages that have been clipped and when I previously used campaign monitor you could see click rates for the “see full message” link. I can’t seem to find this in Klaviyo? It’s not in the campaign link performance stats. Is this not enabled or am I missing where to find it?Thanks in advance

Ways of retriggering a profile for a flow when it has failed in the past

I would like to retrigger a profile that was filtered out in the past by the first trigger of the flow. See the example in the image provided. We have a flow which is triggered by a subscription to a list. This profile was added to the list this week, but wasn't entering the flow.Upon investigation I found out that this profile has failed this trigger in the past because it was added to another list. I now see that this trigger isn't checking the status for this profile again with the new addition. Is there a way for me to let this flow retrigger for this specific profile? So it can pass the trigger and go into the flow?

Welcome flow test email sends twice

Hi all! Last night I added the first email in my welcome flow, when I sent the test emails (I manually entered the emails, sending just to myself and my partner) they went to both email addresses twice.I don’t think it can be a double contact issue, because I wasn’t using my list, just entered the two email addresses. Any idea how to solve this?(The emails also went to spam for both of us, but I think that’s a later problem 😂)

Replenishment flow - exclude item

Hello, I am building a replenishment flow and wondering if there is a way to always exclude certain items from this flow and/or items previously purchased. There are certain products that are not meant to be replenished - is there a way to exclude them from all instances  (products list from last order and products moved to the checkout) so that they just don’t show up anywhere at all?ANDCan I direct the customer to cart instead of the checkout (the default email send customers to checkout), but I want to send them to cart so that they are able to make changes in quantities.Thank you in advance!

Automatic selection of A/B test winner on flows

Hi,I’ve had an A/B test running on a flow and I was under the impression that the test would end automatically once statistical significance was reached, which according to this article is defined as:At least 500 recipients have received each variation. A variation has at least 90% win probability.As far as I can tell, this test (pictured below) satisfied both criteria, but it still says it’s not statistically significant. In the end I just manually chose the winner, but could someone explain why this wasn’t classed as statistically significant?

Subscribed At Least Once

I have a flow condition set up “Subscribed to List At Least Once Between 4/19 and 5/20”. To confirm, if an existing subscriber puts their email into the entry field again, this flow condition will not capture them, since they are already on the list right? I have a separate flow for existing subscribers, so I want to make sure they don’t also get put through this flow as well. Thank you in advance.

Conditional Splits based on whether an Order has shipped?

Hi!I have a flow built for our business - customers enter the flow when placing an order for a specific product SKU. After ordering and entering the flow, they receive a submission form for more details in the first flow email, and upon the approval of said form, we then ship their package.In a perfect world, the conditional split I’m trying to create would check whether or not the aforementioned order has shipped and send them to the “yes” side of the flow - however, I’m having some trouble determining what the best course of action would be/what conditions I should set in my conditional splits to achieve this behavior.Any insight someone may be able to offer for my situation would be incredibly helpful!

Exclude products from abandoned cart emails

Hello!I am wondering if it is possible to exclude certain items from the dynamic table block for the abandoned cart e-mails. Or only include certain items/ collections. These are items that are “in” their cart but I do not want to send them to encourage them to finish checking out. For example I have the cloverly app for offsetting carbon footprint for shipping and I also have an app that I use to have multiple options for products. I don’t want these items showing in the abandoned cart e-mail. Is there a way to go about excluding these?Thanks so much for any help!Natalie
