Conditional Split for Abandoned Cart Flow of High Value vs Low Value not working

Hello all,I made this Abandoned Cart flow a while back to the specifications that Klaviyo mentions, as well as fixing a little bug of the $value needing to be Price instead to register the items.The issue I’m seeing now is that the overwhelming majority are going into the trigger split “PriceAmount is less than 59.94”, aka The Low Value Cart. It’s over 99%, which seems incorrect. However, a few have gone into the High Value Cart, so I know it must be working in part. What could be causing this huge shift? I have screenshots to show.Here are the trigger filters, based on recommendations to separate our Abandoned Checkout flow as well so they aren’t getting double.Here you can see the percentages.One theory I have is that people might be triggering with Low Value initially, come back before the 1 Hour Time condition is up and add more to equal higher value, but it’s actually triggering the additions as a new low value. Is that possible? If that’s the case, is there a way to fix that?What

How do I clear all Flow Filters so it displays every flow?

When wanting to view the flows I have built out, I am forced to selected a filter to display the list of flows. “1 filter selected” is shown and I am unable to clear this. How do I clear the filter so it displays every flow, no matter the type?

How to track performance of Unique Coupon Codes

I have set up a Unique Coupon code for my Customer Winback Flow but I can't seem to find a way to report on how many times the general discount code has been redeemed, how much revenue it has generated etc. I’ve tried to look at reports via Klaviyo and Shopify, but can't find any reports that I can filter by the  Unique Discount Names. I’ve seen that there's a way to search the discount name in Shopify Discounts, but it doesn't provide a comprehensive report and allow to filter by a specific time period.

Should an email campgain be resent to the entire list?

A division of my company would like to resend an email to the entire list that received it two weeks ago. Is there any potential fallout from this, as far as inbox providers and spam? Would it help to tweak the title and messaging, even if the bulk of the email itself remains the same?

Added to cart trigger on shopify home page

I'm currently working with a single page e-commerce website. We're looking to use a flow that triggers with an abandoned cart, but since the customer never goes to a designated product page, the 'added to cart' trigger isn't firing. After discussing with support they are saying an add to cart, from a product page must be used. Does anyone know of a workaround, or a way that an add to Cart button on a homepage can trigger this event in order to activate the flow?

Help with scenario that is not working as expected

I have a form on my website allowing users to share their email address to be emailed a free guide.To do this I am using make.com and I have set up a webhook in the form allowing the email address to be passed into the scenario. I can confirm that part is working fine.The problem I am facing is that if a users email address (mine for example) already exists it can’t create a new profile, which I understand. To combat this, I added a ‘List profiles’ step to pull all users, then a router so that if the email address already exists, add them to the list so that they get the email from a flow in Klaviyo, or alternatively create them a profile. I can’t seem to get the filter “if already exists’ correct.Has anyone had a situation like this before? I feel this is a really straight forward task that is proving a nightmare. It’s worth noting, if there is any easier way to do this, please do share as I would rather do this right than make my method work if it isn’t best practice. Any help would

Hide content by country? Best practice for Campaigns

Hi there, We have just started selling our products to customers in a new country, and I would like to make sure the links in my emails take the customers to the page in their currency. I saw the guide where you can show content to customers in a certain country ex. person.Country == “United States”. This works when we only want to show content to 1 particular country.However, is there a way to hide a block from one particular country, and show it to all other countries? Ex. if you sell to 5 countries and want to hide some of that content from just 1 of the countries, what would be the best way to do it? Is there a particular condition, or would the best way to do this be setting up a duplicate campaign?Thank you for your help!

INCORRECT PRODUCT SHOWING IN ABANDONED CART

Hi, I am not a coder not did I input any coding or URL into Klaviyo app used through Shopify. I have noticed that one product is displayed in every single flow sent to customers who have abandoned their cart. It is not relating to the product they have abandoned and it is the same product in every email?I cannot find any settings on the app I am using via Shopify and I have no idea how to fix it? Please help!

Setting Up Email Flows for "Added to Cart" That Load All Items

Hello everyone,I'm reaching out to the community to understand a recent issue we've encountered with our "Added to Cart" email flows in Klaviyo using Shopify. In the past, our flows were set up similarly to "Started Checkout" flows where each email would iterate over every item added to the cart, creating a detailed table of all products the customer showed interest in.However, we've hit a snag. Currently, when the "Added to Cart" event triggers an email, it only pulls one item, despite multiple items being added to the cart. This is in contrast to the "Started Checkout" trigger, where the iteration works flawlessly, listing all items in the checkout table.We've contacted Klaviyo support, and they're now indicating that the "Added to Cart" trigger will only ever show one item. This is puzzling because we have a history of "Added to Cart" flows that did exactly what we're trying to achieve now. How could we have multiple flows set up in the past that worked this way if it was never supp

Is there a way to automate flow creation

Hello there,  I’m trying to setup a flow on klavyio, products are synced thanks to the Shopify integration but i also have my own app where i create custom metrics, lists, etc … . My problem is that in my app, i create a list and an event everytime certains conditions are met, I need to be able to automatically create a flow based on the metric (custom event saying that my preorders have pass 50% of the preorder objective) and my list (containing the users who manifested an interest towards this product), I cannot create flows myself for each list because there are a lot of products and that would be really time consuming, so here’s a way to do this or am i doing something wrong ?Thank you !

How to add the variant image as dynamic image in a abandoned cart flow?

Hello,I use Shopify and I am trying to create the Abandoned Cart flow, however when I add the dynamic image variable, it’s pulling the product’s first image, and not the variant image that is actually added to the cart. Does anyone know if its possible to populate the variant’s image so I do not confuse the recipient? I am using the variable available in the Help Site and from the event trigger info: {{ event.extra.line_items.0.product.images.0.src }}

Stop Flows from sending when product is Out Of Stock

Hello! Has anyone had success in pulling through stock levels/inventory through to Klaviyo from Big Commerce so we can exclude flow emails from sending out when products are out of stock?  This would be great for Abandoned Cart, Price Drop, etc. Potentially through custom API? Thanks heaps!

Looping mail service flow

We aim to establish a customer email service that enables subscribers to receive recurring emails every two or three months. These emails will serve as maintenance reminders to recharge the batteries of the rechargeable products the customer have purchased from us. So far, I have been unsuccessful in finding a solution that automates the looping of this one email.

Adding review link into an existing flow

Hello!I've already given up on reviewing multiple products in one email, I would settle for reviewing just the first product. However, it simply refuses to work. When I preview it, it looks fine. Even when I send it as a test, it navigates there and looks good. However, when I do a test purchase and the email comes that way, the product image isn't there, and no matter how much I click on the stars, it doesn't navigate to the review page. Why? What am I doing wrong?

OS not supporting a typeface

we were not able to solve one issue: being able to display our custom fonts due to an OS not supporting a typeface. Is there a way to use custom code to embed typefaces/ our host typefaces on a server and override the fallback font necessity on an OS? or any possible solution through code to help us rectify this issue?

Custom Font Not showing correctly in emails sent

Hi I would like to use a handwriting font for my name at bottom of email and have chosen Satisfy Normal 400 however when subscribers receive the email in gmail they get the fallback font.  I would appreciate help on this. Thanks

Blurry Static Product Images in Outlook

I’m having an issue with our Static product images in Outlook. When I view the test newsletter in Outlook all of the product images look blurry but in Gmail they are perfect. Any ideas why this would be happening?Outlook blurry images

How to combat high checkout prices?

My client is based in Europe, they ship mainly to the US  As a result their shipping costs are quite high (~$30). To combat this they have a flat shipping rate, so you can add more items for the same shipping price. They experience a large number of abandoned checkouts. Presumably because the customer discovers the price after entering their shopping details and deciding not to purchase. I'm looking for some advice for  1) Desiging a process to collect data about why the customers abandon (any tools, implementation advice etc.) 2) How you would go about combating this high abandonment rate, via the abandoned checkout flow or otherwise, in the most profitable manner? Thanks in advance!

Email market for out of season, seasonal products??

My potential client sells specialist wolly jumpers with a connection to a unique heritage. Their sales are quite seasonal. Most of their business is conducted in Q4.Their database is 20% European and 80% American.They currently send 2/3 emails per month - all promotional.I was advising them that they could and should be sending a lot more to more targeted segments.They seem to be of the opinion that they don't need to send that much as they don't want to be annoying people who are months away from being in the market for a wolly jumper.Quote for context: “We don’t want to be sending people from Miami emails about wolly jumpers in summer”I still think they can send some valuable emails. As they basically have no story based emails in their arsenal.Wondering if anyone else has worked with a seasonal product, and more specifically what the strategy is in the off season?

Send follow-up email IF they have clicked, not working

Hi everyone, I’m making a flow where an email is sent every time someone signs up on a Facebook Ads sign up form.This first email is working correctly. However, I have a condition set up so that a second email is sent only if the person clicked on a link in the first email, for some reason this second email is not being sent. These are the stats from yesterday. From what I can tell the first email has a “click rate” of 5 but the second email (on the left) is not being sent. This is how I have the condition set up.Any idea what might be wrong?
