There are simply too many steps required to send a test email for a campaign:1. Go to the campaign content2. Click "Edit email"3. Click "Preview email"4. Select "Send as an email" instead of the default "Show directly in Klaviyo"I can do this in HubSpot with one click, and every other ESP I’ve used has had a similarly simple interface.If Klaviyo wants to be taken seriously as an email platform, they need to get the basics right.
I’m aware of how to use Smart Send Time with campaigns, but it's not clear whether this option is enabled, disabled, or toggleable for Flows. I would *like* to have it available for flows but I can't seem to find any information about this. Note that I am talking about Smart Send Time - the feature that optimizes the time an email is sent based on the recipient’s time zone/behavior - not Smart Send, the feature that ensures someone isn’t getting too many messages per day.
Hi, I have an EmailAutoStartDate set to 03/01/22. As you can see in the tests below, none of the flows were populated despite Klaviyo’s mention of “Klaviyo checks if someone qualifies for a flow daily via a check that runs a full day in advance.“ in this article https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360054240252. I need contacts to enter this flow automatically without any manual intervention via manage flow > back-populate. Now the question is how do I do this:I change the flow tigger to repeat monthly (as shown by green arrow) instead of yearly so every month new contacts enter the flow? Or there are other ways to achieve this automation?
Hey All 👋First post so sorry if i’ve missed this in the forum...Wondering if anyone has tried to consolidate events for a customer into single email?We have multiple event type (“view_products” and “Add_to_cart” for example) which are independent events, what I would like to do is consolidate these events into a single email (effectively looping through the customer events).I could probably write a script on my server side to do this, or do this via segment but figured I would save the MTU’s if there was an easier solution. im also not against firing one event and then performing a lookup to the customer to see the events within a set period of time. preferably not trail-blaze this one… 😂

Hello, I have activated a birthday flow with unique coupon codes embedded on 22 Jun evening. However, when I checked the flow earlier today, I noticed that no email was sent out as you may see in the screenshot below. In addition, the only person on the waiting list is my personal email (I have manually adjusted my birthday to 24 Jun to better check whether the unique coupon code is working smoothly).Truly appreciate if someone can help me understand why the flow isn’t sending emails. Should I create a new birthday flow and activate it instead?p.s. The other flows are all running normally Thank you,Ning
Hi there,Hope you are all doing good. I have set up Klaviyo SMS Flows for my customers. I create a sign up form for capturing both E-mail and SMS. Those who put there email address they are receiving email from klaviyo but they are not getting SMS from klaviyo. Could you please help me why klaviyo is not sending SMS? Thank you!
We got the back in stock flow working in our Shopware 6 shop.But we run into an issue where we want to know the language/store/storefront on which the customer subscribed to the back in stock list. This so we can communicate in their language.Just got off the chat with support and David C. helped me with the email template question I had, and said that for the above issue, it would just be a simple question of adding an additional field to the call.We tried it:curl 'https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v1/catalog/subscribe' --data 'a=IDfirstname.lastname@example.org&variant=970997f8f2384dbaa2a727ea486590ed&platform=api&language=Nederlands'I get a success message, the email gets added to the back to stock. But language or any additional field we add, does not go through.Any suggestions?
Hi there! I am trying to create a browse abandonment flow for a client utilizing the new editor. Anytime I try to use Klaviyo’s pre-built flow, it defaults the template to the old editor. All of our templates were built on the new editor, and I can’t find a way to utilize the pre-built event data in any of these. Making the browse abandonment blocks from scratch has proven to be challenging for me. Does anyone have advice? Am I missing something? Thanks!
Hi there, we’re wanting to replace an existing email within a live flow. The existing email has a number of people queued (waiting). We’d like to transfer this queued list to a new email we’re adding to the flow, replacing the original one. Is this possible?

I have a flow for customers who have requested to be notified when a product is back in stock. I would love to send them an email recommending similar products they could check out as they wait. (Ex. They want a specific basketball hoop, I want to recommend different basketball hoops while that one is out of stock)What is the best way to set this up? I have about 15 categories I’d like to recommend. I’ve seen conditional splits recommended, but that’s a lot of splits for the amount of categories I have.Is there a way for Klaviyo to automatically pull category information without having several flow splits/manually selecting which data feed to recommend?
Hi Klaviyo Fam,1. I’m setting up the Replenishment flow, with the trigger of specific product in each email. I’d like to add a button that direct to checkout page with a specific product. Is this possible?2.And then I’m having trouble with the button links because when I update the templates for the specific product ( e.g CREAMER), the other templates are updating the button links with the creamer links as well. It doesn't direct to the correct product.Thanks for helping me Fam.
Hello,We recently migrated to Klaviyo from HubSpot. In HubSpot we were able to upload PDFs of Vouchers and they would create unique URLs for us to share and input into email/SMS campaigns. Can Klaviyo do this? I played around with the brand library and it seems like the only formats available are JPEG, PNG, and Gif. Is this correct? Finally, if we switch the format of the vouchers to JPEG or PNG, does Klaviyo generate a unique URL, so we can place it into our emails and other digital campaigns?Thanks,John
Hello Everyone,I know this question has been raised a lot of times, but I can’t figure it out. I am currently using the Loft Theme 2.1.0.Currently, the add to cart trigger (Metric) is not working. I’ve posted all the Code in the main-product.liquid (Sections) because the LOFT theme does not have a product.liquid. and i was instructed the the theme developer to do so. Hi all - we just launch our brand on Shopify with a carefully mapped out flow of emails. over teh last few months/weeks we’ve noticed that some of the emails are not being delivered to the recipients. Not sure why, despite the 5 day delay on our emails some of them haven't gone out and it is well over 2 weeks. Can someone please help?ThanksA
