Conditional Splits based on whether an Order has shipped?

Hi!I have a flow built for our business - customers enter the flow when placing an order for a specific product SKU. After ordering and entering the flow, they receive a submission form for more details in the first flow email, and upon the approval of said form, we then ship their package.In a perfect world, the conditional split I’m trying to create would check whether or not the aforementioned order has shipped and send them to the “yes” side of the flow - however, I’m having some trouble determining what the best course of action would be/what conditions I should set in my conditional splits to achieve this behavior.Any insight someone may be able to offer for my situation would be incredibly helpful!

Subscribed At Least Once

I have a flow condition set up “Subscribed to List At Least Once Between 4/19 and 5/20”. To confirm, if an existing subscriber puts their email into the entry field again, this flow condition will not capture them, since they are already on the list right? I have a separate flow for existing subscribers, so I want to make sure they don’t also get put through this flow as well. Thank you in advance.

Sending Milestone Emails

I would like to send milestone triggered emails to subscribers once they hit each milestone. My business has a referral rewards program we are launching. For example, for every 5 referrals, they unlock $10, so we want to email the subscriber every time they reach an additional 5 referrals. What’s the best way to send this email?We have created segments for each milestone, but I’m wondering if it’s best to run a flow or a campaign email. What’s the best way to automate this since we have endless number of milestones?​​​​​​

Segment Triggered Flow

I want to send a custom email flow to existing subscribers up until this date. I’ve created a segment of emails called “Joined Before Launch”. How can I make sure all the emails in that segment automatically enter the flow once I activate the flow? Currently, I think the way this is set up is that they will only enter the flow once they enter the segment, whereas I want to send this flow to everyone already in the segment.

Hello, is there an option to run eflows in two languages / depending on the browser language of the visitor? I have Shopify store, which is bi-lingual using Translate & Adapt app.  Would you have any other ideas or solutions how to set up E-mail marketing in a bi-lingual store without creating second store ? First purchase anniversary flow not working

I’m having an issue with the 1st purchase anniversary flow. I can’t figure out why the “conditional split” puts every customer in “Waiting”… I used Klaviyos template to create the flow.It has been active for over a month and no email has been sent yet. Any ideas of why this might happen?

Price drop flow triggered when price went UP?

Hi folks.I have submitted a query about this via email to support, but curious to see if I get any insight here without the time zone difference playing such a big factor.Essentially, we removed the sale pricing from some items in BigCommerce, returning them to their normal price. One of these items triggered the price drop notification email and I have no idea why!A secondary issue is that the same profile viewed about 5 other products that had their prices dropped enough that the flow should have been triggered, but it wasn’t.Smart sending is turned on, but I don’t see any data in the “skipped due to smart sending” section in the recipient report. Does anyone have any insight here?Thanks!

Shopify product description shows with HTML tags

Hi guys, I am setting up a back in stock flow and was wondering how I could add the product description. I am using the following code, which pulls the description dynamically from the catalogue.{% catalog event.VariantId integration='shopify' %}{{ catalog_item.description }}{% endcatalog %}However, the description includes HTML tags (see Screenshot). Reviwe request- Klaviyo + Reviwes.io

We have created a 'Request Review' flow and inserted a dynamic link from Rewive.io for product reviews into the email. The Trigger is a fulfilled order without any Filter. There is a Waiting for 12 days, and after 12 days, the Email should be sent. Unfortunately, the email is not being sent. However, the count of the waiting list is increasing, and the Flow has been Live for more than 12 days. Do you have any idea what the problem could be? Thank you."

OS not supporting a typeface

we were not able to solve one issue: being able to display our custom fonts due to an OS not supporting a typeface. Is there a way to use custom code to embed typefaces/ our host typefaces on a server and override the fallback font necessity on an OS? or any possible solution through code to help us rectify this issue?

Should an email campgain be resent to the entire list?

A division of my company would like to resend an email to the entire list that received it two weeks ago. Is there any potential fallout from this, as far as inbox providers and spam? Would it help to tweak the title and messaging, even if the bulk of the email itself remains the same?

How do I make a replenishment flow based on Klaviyo predictive data ?

Hi,The topic is for a CPG brand, where clients consumes the product and need to rebuy it.First, I was considering a 50/50 time split (ie 30 and 40 days) for my replenishment flow trying to find the perfect time to send the email. Also to pintpoint the exact time the client will run out of the product.But, I was wondering if instead of this setup I could use the Klaviyo predictive IA with the Expected Date Of Next Order trigger.What do you recommend to have the best performing replenishment flow ?Thanks !

Conditional Split for Abandoned Cart Flow of High Value vs Low Value not working

Hello all,I made this Abandoned Cart flow a while back to the specifications that Klaviyo mentions, as well as fixing a little bug of the $value needing to be Price instead to register the items.The issue I’m seeing now is that the overwhelming majority are going into the trigger split “PriceAmount is less than 59.94”, aka The Low Value Cart. It’s over 99%, which seems incorrect. However, a few have gone into the High Value Cart, so I know it must be working in part. What could be causing this huge shift? I have screenshots to show.Here are the trigger filters, based on recommendations to separate our Abandoned Checkout flow as well so they aren’t getting double.Here you can see the percentages.One theory I have is that people might be triggering with Low Value initially, come back before the 1 Hour Time condition is up and add more to equal higher value, but it’s actually triggering the additions as a new low value. Is that possible? If that’s the case, is there a way to fix that?What

When wanting to view the flows I have built out, I am forced to selected a filter to display the list of flows. “1 filter selected” is shown and I am unable to clear this. How do I clear the filter so it displays every flow, no matter the type?

How to track performance of Unique Coupon Codes

I have set up a Unique Coupon code for my Customer Winback Flow but I can't seem to find a way to report on how many times the general discount code has been redeemed, how much revenue it has generated etc. I’ve tried to look at reports via Klaviyo and Shopify, but can't find any reports that I can filter by the  Unique Discount Names. I’ve seen that there's a way to search the discount name in Shopify Discounts, but it doesn't provide a comprehensive report and allow to filter by a specific time period.

Added to cart trigger on shopify home page

I'm currently working with a single page e-commerce website. We're looking to use a flow that triggers with an abandoned cart, but since the customer never goes to a designated product page, the 'added to cart' trigger isn't firing. After discussing with support they are saying an add to cart, from a product page must be used. Does anyone know of a workaround, or a way that an add to Cart button on a homepage can trigger this event in order to activate the flow?

Help with scenario that is not working as expected

I have a form on my website allowing users to share their email address to be emailed a free guide.To do this I am using make.com and I have set up a webhook in the form allowing the email address to be passed into the scenario. I can confirm that part is working fine.The problem I am facing is that if a users email address (mine for example) already exists it can’t create a new profile, which I understand. To combat this, I added a ‘List profiles’ step to pull all users, then a router so that if the email address already exists, add them to the list so that they get the email from a flow in Klaviyo, or alternatively create them a profile. I can’t seem to get the filter “if already exists’ correct.Has anyone had a situation like this before? I feel this is a really straight forward task that is proving a nightmare. It’s worth noting, if there is any easier way to do this, please do share as I would rather do this right than make my method work if it isn’t best practice. Any help would

Hide content by country? Best practice for Campaigns

Hi there, We have just started selling our products to customers in a new country, and I would like to make sure the links in my emails take the customers to the page in their currency. I saw the guide where you can show content to customers in a certain country ex. person.Country == “United States”. This works when we only want to show content to 1 particular country.However, is there a way to hide a block from one particular country, and show it to all other countries? Ex. if you sell to 5 countries and want to hide some of that content from just 1 of the countries, what would be the best way to do it? Is there a particular condition, or would the best way to do this be setting up a duplicate campaign?Thank you for your help!

INCORRECT PRODUCT SHOWING IN ABANDONED CART

Hi, I am not a coder not did I input any coding or URL into Klaviyo app used through Shopify. I have noticed that one product is displayed in every single flow sent to customers who have abandoned their cart. It is not relating to the product they have abandoned and it is the same product in every email?I cannot find any settings on the app I am using via Shopify and I have no idea how to fix it? Please help!

Setting Up Email Flows for "Added to Cart" That Load All Items

Hello everyone,I'm reaching out to the community to understand a recent issue we've encountered with our "Added to Cart" email flows in Klaviyo using Shopify. In the past, our flows were set up similarly to "Started Checkout" flows where each email would iterate over every item added to the cart, creating a detailed table of all products the customer showed interest in.However, we've hit a snag. Currently, when the "Added to Cart" event triggers an email, it only pulls one item, despite multiple items being added to the cart. This is in contrast to the "Started Checkout" trigger, where the iteration works flawlessly, listing all items in the checkout table.We've contacted Klaviyo support, and they're now indicating that the "Added to Cart" trigger will only ever show one item. This is puzzling because we have a history of "Added to Cart" flows that did exactly what we're trying to achieve now. How could we have multiple flows set up in the past that worked this way if it was never supp
