Hello!I’ve attempted to set up a flow to email customers based on their purchase information (eg. if they’ve spent $X on a certain brand). The flow essentially sends an email to qualifying customers, which contains a link to an embedded form on our website where they can enter their details and join the Newsletter, thus entering the competition. See below: Flow - Customer purchase $150+ value of FXD [brand] I can see that the trigger is working (I think) however im quite sure that there have been more customer who’ve met this criteria and not entered the flow. I also created a segment with the same conditions which has more members. Segment - Customer purchase $150+ value of FXD [brand] Could you confirm for me if ‘flow’ emails send to profiles who aren’t necessarily subscribed or in the ‘Newsletter’ list?Or rather if there is a better way to going about something like this? Hi,I’m trying to setup a custom flow where we can email the customer once their order has been refunded. We have integration setup with Magento2 and other flows work properly at this time.What event tag to use that will pull the refund confirmation # from Magento? I can’t figure this out in Klaviyo. Perhaps this has been asked before so I can’t believe we’re the only store with this situation… We sell various products, and some ship immediately and some are considered Made to Order (MTO) and take 3-4 weeks to ship. I want to set up an email flow for customers who order MTO products to keep them engaged while they wait for their products. So we want to set it up so that if Jane orders (MTO SKU 1234) she’ll get a specific email.There are 1036 SKUs out of thousands this applies to. Do we need to enter each one with “and” or how do we set it up on the back end in Woo Commerce?
Hi guys,I use to be able to send a preview email to my coworkers and myself before sending out a campaign. Since today, the preview email only sends to 1 person on 4, which I can’t explain why. We all checked in our junk mails and it’s not there either.Did someone experienced the same problem and if so, what have you done to fix this problem?Cheers,Pascale

Hey Everyone, I’m trying to create a Product Review flow where after 14 days of their purchase, with filters for only specific products, they’ll get an email with the Product Name/URL they they purchased to leave a review for it.However, I can’t seem to figure out what properties I need inside the email.. for this to work.
We're having trouble matching up data we're pulling to what's in the Klaviyo UI. We're trying to analyze metrics at specific steps within flows. We're currently pulling the metrics timeline endpoint (https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v1/metrics/timeline) for all events and trying to match up the events revenue to what's in the UI, but having trouble in doing so. For many events it seems we have no revenue data from the API, whereas in the UI we are seeing it. Also, we're wondering if there's a way in the API to see the full list of events in each flow? Ideally we could get a flow_id and event_id with metrics for a given time period. Thank you, Wing
I am sending a metric(Natal Client) to Klaviyo with 2 properties. One is string type(Natal Type) while other is date type(Natal Date). But date type property is not visible in dropdown of Trigger Filter of Flow. Can someone help me figure out why this could be happening.
We have clients who allow for products to have custom add-ons added during checkout. For example, jersey comes with no name or number on the back and customer selects to print a number as well as the player name on the back. That’s a custom option that not every customer selects.In klaviyo order confirmation email template, how can we be sure to show that using event parameters coming from Magento 2? I’m looking at the preview and going through all the fields but I don’t see the custom event that holds this information. Has anyone done something like this? I know transactional emails are not the bread and butter of Klaviyo features but I’d love some input from anyone who’s done this, especially with Magento 2.
Hello,I´m doing a few tests with the flows, I noticed that the tracking number it´s not shown at the customer email, I already placed a order and the provider already send the product with the tracking number.In orders of shopify the same, the tracking number it´s there, but i don´t know why I can not see it in the email.Can someone help me?Thanks!
Hi,Today I made a sale by myself in my store, but I realized that I didn´t receive the email from Klaviyo, I received it from Shopify automatic email. All the Order Confirmation flow are live, I don´t know why I didn´t received it from Klaviyo.And also, on the address details it only shows the first row of the adress, I can only see the street name, I can not see the rest of the number and flat number.Can someone help me, please?Thanks!
Hi,I am using Klaviyo, its connected to my Shopify store. (Yeslicense)For some flows, I would like to use a different sending address (Golicences) - I know where I need to modify that and I noticed that it worked when I did a sending test.Howevr, when I am looking into the Gmail header, I see “via yeslicense.com” or mailed by “send.yeslicense.com” etc.Question: is it good practice to do that ? Even if it’s working, I am afraid to not follow good practices and having the risk of seeing my reputation affected.Thanks for your support
