Hey Greg!

 

Are you using Shopify for your ecommerce platform? If so, you can see the event variables that passed to Klaviyo and include it in the email. 

 

As an example, go to the pre-built flows and look for Full Shipping Confirmation.  The event variables for tracking are already in there :) - {{ event.extra.fulfillments.0.tracking_url }}

 

Most likely your tracking information wouldn’t be in the order confirmation email since it wouldn’t ship out at that time.
