Welcome Series flow to be triggered every time that a new customer provides their email, not just through the email sign-up pop-up form or email sign-up footer.

Can we update the existing flow someway to be triggered multiple ways, including when someone new provides their email during checkout?

Our checkout is hosted on shopify. I’m thinking maybe we merge all the leads to a single list and then make that global list as the trigger for the flow. Can anybody suggest if that’s a good idea or if there’s any other way to approach this?

Hi @ayushsharmaPMB

Welcome to the Community! Happy to have you, great question!

Yes, having a Main List is Beneficial and considered best practice for so many reasons! That way lots of different leads can have the same singular Welcome Flow Experience and first introduction to your company.

Later on, you can create segments that will dynamically pull them into a grouping depending on the  segment conditions. You can use segmentation to find out who have purchased products, filled out the popup form, etc. and get a better understanding of who’s in your Klaviyo account and where they’re coming from.

Hope this helps! Thanks for participating in the Community!
