How do I stop an exploratory Smart Send time feature? I wanna check the its report. But its says that it’s still sending.

Thanks for sharing your question with us and welcome to the Community! Great idea for utilizing our Smart Send Time Send Time feature! 

 

If you want to cancel a campaign mid-send cancel a campaign mid-send, you can do so by using the Dropdown menu by the Campaign you wish to cancel and click the ‘Cancel Send’ option. It is important to note that we cannot roll back emails that have already been delivered. The cancellation action will only ensure that any further emails still queued for sending are immediately cancelled. The number of emails from your campaign that end up getting delivered will depend on how far along our sending process is when you click to cancel.
