Why are 10x emails delivered after 20hrs?

Thank you so much for reaching out to the Klaviyo Community for help with your abandoned cart flow!
There are a number of reasons why someone’s profile is skipped, but you should start with check checking your skipped reasons for your flow. Then check the flow filters, email filters and Smart Sending.
If you go on the email that is being skipped, click on it in the flow, click on View all Analytics on the left side menu, than click on Recipient Activity in the top menu and go to skipped. When you click on skipped you will see all the different reasons why people are being skipped from your flow. Most likely the culprit is Smart Sending if you have a lot of live flows or have recently sent out a campaign. Check out these other community post on the same topic as they might help!
