Looks as though smart sending is turned on, meaning these customers may have already been sent a communication out of Klaviyo in the past X hours, where X being the time at which smart sending is configured on your account (under settings),
Like @jasondstainton mentioned, most of your customers were skipped from this email because of Smart Sending.
