In terms of the email logo, that is not controlled by Klaviyo but rather by your inbox provider through a process called BIMI (Brand Indicators for Message Identification). I would recommend referring to this external guide to assist you further.
With respect to the “top pick”, can you confirm if you’re using a Klaviyo product block? If so, you would need to update the image URL within your ecommerce store. From there, we’ll sync the new image to your Klaviyo catalog and display it in your emails.
