Is there a way to add a Birtday sign up form to a email (the first one on the Welcome flow), instead to a sign-up form? We’re using Woocommerce, if that matters.

Implementing a signup form within an email is complex and not something we recommend because inbox providers generally do not allow code (i.e. JavaScript) to be executed within the inbox due to security concerns.
We recommend instead linking to a web-hosted form (either hosted on your site or using Klaviyo’s hosted pages) within the email.
