I’m looking for some helpful opinions.
I’ve recently taken over a new email account. They have a healthy list size (about 20,000 subscribers) and decent open/click rates, but they have super high spam and bounce rates.
I believe this is because in 2019, someone set them up with their own dedicated sending domain, but they set it up through sendgrid.info. It looks like sendgrid had a massive data leak years ago, and now all of our emails get sent straight to Spam.
We definitely need to get away from sendgrid, but I’m wondering if you think we should move to our own sending domain from our website or to a Klaviyo server?
