Hello,

I’m trying to add a branded sending domain. The domain I’m using is through Wix and I’ve learned that I have to use the static routing because Wix doesn’t allow me to add or edit NS records. But I’ve also come across a problem entering the TXT record, Wix doesn’t allow the use of the @ symbol for the host name (that is what Klayvio is generating). Any work around for this?

Hi @lumberjillapparel,

I love the username!

In DNS world, the `@` is entered into the “hostname” field and refers to your root domain. For some DNS systems, you specify this root with an @, others with your main domain name, and others by leaving it empty.

I believe that Wix expects an empty hostname field–that is the equivalent of the `@`.

Try this out and let us know!

Best,

Kevin.
