Campaign background size

Hi,

What is the frame size for the campaign background?

 

i have had trouble with making my own background when making a email campaign.

I assume you are referring to the background image? If so, the recommended size is anywhere from 1500px or higher for height and width. It's important to keep in mind load time when using a larger image.
