Pull Social Content Into Klaviyo Template

Forum|alt.badge.img

Our brand wants to share some of their favorite social accounts to follow within a regular campaign email. How can we pull in a piece of content from a specific social account to share? Maybe in a table - like sharing 4 social accounts we recommend our community follow? Any suggestions?

I would go with this article: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004384031

That article will give you an overview about implementing Instagram content in a RSS feed.

If you run into any issues, you can troubleshoot the setup with this guide: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039881992-Troubleshooting-Your-Instagram-Web-Feed-in-Emails

Hope that helps or else let me know! :-)

Hi There! Thanks for reaching out to the community!

Great idea! Sharing your favorite social accounts in a Klaviyo campaign email can be a great way to engage your audience and provide value. Here’s how you could approach it, along with some suggestions for structuring the content.

  • Identify the Social Accounts:

    • Decide which accounts you want to feature. It could be a mix of influencers, brand partners, or accounts related to your industry. Make sure they align with your brand’s values and aesthetics.
  • Collect Content from Social Media:

    • Instagram or Facebook: If you're showcasing Instagram or Facebook posts, consider using third-party tools like EmbedSocial, Juicer.io, or Flockler to pull in content like recent posts or feeds from specific social accounts. These tools let you generate an embeddable widget or an RSS feed of social media content that you can use in your email.
    • Twitter (x): Twitter offers an easy option to embed a specific tweet using the embed code. You can find this on the tweet itself by clicking the "More" option and selecting "Embed Tweet."
    • TikTok: TikTok allows you to get a link for a specific video, which you can share with your audience (though direct embedding options are more limited in email).
  • Embedding in the Email:

    • Option 1: Embed with Images: If you want to keep it simple, grab the latest post or tweet from each account as an image, and place these images inside a table. You can use a screenshot of the content or an image provided by the third-party tools, and link each one directly to the social profile or the post itself.
    • Option 2: Embed Social Feeds or Links: If you want a cleaner design, you can display social media icons (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, etc.) with the links to each account, encouraging followers to check them out for more content. Some tools like Zapier and IFTTT can automate the process of pulling the most recent posts and populating them in your email.

Hope this helps!
