Why aren't my buttons showing on mobile emails?

When testing my campaign, the buttons on my email only show on desktop and not mobile. In the edit section i double and triple checked that the buttons display on both desktop and mobile. 

 

I did create this email off of a template idk if that could be why.

 

Any advice?

This campaign needs to go out tomorrow.

Can you confirm that your buttons all looked like this when in the template editor? Do you mind sharing what kind of template you used to create this email and if you have used this template before or are having any other issues with this campaign display?

Hey @AngelaAMI,

 

First, I would make sure that under “display options” for that specific button, “Desktop and Mobile” is in fact selected and highlighted in blue.

 

Second, double check that you do not have any form of show/hide logic activated for it so that it can show up on both desktop and mobile versions.

Third, confirm your button is included in the mobile version of your design. When doing design work for desktop and mobile it is easy at times to accidentally delete a single element. This will cause it to show on one platform but not the other.
