Can't get Web tracking script to install with BigCommerce. Says Script not installed correctly.

I have reached out to support several times, and I keep getting very bad responses.We’ve searched your site and didn’t find the code. Well you searched  my live site, not the site i’m migrating to which isn’t live yet. DUH I have already been advised to REMOVE the integration, which did not work.  I instead removed the entire app from the store TWICE now. And reinstalled the script. Still no match. The error message I am getting when trying to verify is this:  Script was not installed correctly   I have verified that the script is accurate.  I read the article for a Shopify store where there could be a conflict with other scripts. I do not have any other Klaviyo scripts installed. Only the auto script named Klaviyo JS Injection that is installed when integrating. Unless it conflicts with a separate script from another app?

Wish List flow

Hi all, I want to create a flow for users who signed up for our site’s wishlist. Could not really find much info on this being done before. This is what I had in mind Email when they have signed up to let them know it was successful and we’ll keep their favorites safe Follow up a week or two later. Segment all-time purchasers vs non-purchasers without or with an offer Low stock on an item, when an item hits X in inventory, we let them know it's their last chance to get their hands on it before it sells out. Wondering if anyone has any feedback on this and if they would add or expand on anything from above. Would love to hear any other ideas.   Thanks in advance!

Is it possible to add "back in stock" buttons to a customised theme

Hi, is it a hard ask to add the Back in Stock buttons to a customised theme like Broadcast? We had this feature on our old Shopify 1.0 customised theme but it appears that Klavyio no longer provides details on how to add it to a customised Shopify 2.0 theme that is not free? Any suggestions welcome.

How are recipients/metrics calculated in flow reports that have more than one email?

I have a welcome series with two emails. In the flow performance report when I am looking at recipients and metrics, I want to know if it is unique to individuals or are the metrics unique to each email? I’m wondering if the recipients/data is counted twice? In other words, if a user that enters the welcome series receives and opens both emails within the flow, is that user counted twice in the recipients list and unique opens metric, one for each email received and opened or just once?The questions comes because we paired down our welcome series from six emails to two and we are outperforming almost all metrics, however the recipients count is much smaller. Makes me think if the decrease in recipients is a result of reducing the welcome series to two emails or are there less users entering the welcome series flow.

When creating an HTML email and pushing via the API all the emojis are rendered as “?”I have tried different encoding but it seems to be a Klaviyo issue, I would be very grateful if someone knows how to fix this!

Why isn't my live chat working for several days?

Hi, my live chat has not been working for several days. It just says there are a number of agents waiting and then says Im “disconnected from the Wifi” which is clearly wrong when i exit the chat. This has been going on for a few days now and I can’t get in touch with the live chat feature.

How can I use a coupon code as a flow filter to find who hasn't used it?

Hi, We’re using WooCommerce and have a Smart Coupons plugin active in which it generates a 10% discount coupon for customers who purchase a certain product. This coupon is automatically applied their order confirmation email, but a lot of customers are missing the coupon. We’d like to create a flow in Klaviyo that does the following:Triggers a ‘reminder’ email 14 days after the product has been purchased Reminds the customer of the discount code Is able to know if the customer has placed an order in the past 13 days using that discount codeThe third section is where I am stuck. I can configure a ‘conditional split’ that can filter through customers who have placed an order for a product in the past 13 days for a specific product…...BUT is Klaviyo able to filter through customers who have purchased using the discount code? Here is what I have set up: This conditional split doesn’t specify if the order placed used the discount code, so could be sent to a customer who has used the discoun

How do I add brackets or limitations to OR statements in Segment builder?

This is a segment I built: I only want to include leads who have engaged with our content - but because I am selecting people who opened an email “OR” clicked an SMS I am ending up with people who are Active Clients that have also clicked on an SMS.Is there a way to Bracket the AND/OR statements so I can do something like (Opened OR Clicked) AND not a Client?the way the OR statement is attached to the previous condition makes it look like it is connected and might be written like that - but it is not. PS.This is another use case where being able to edit the fields shown when looking at a segment list would be super helpful where I’d be able to see at a glance if the segment is including/excluding the right people without having to guess and hope that my random spot-checking individual records stumbles onto a key record indicating if Active clients are in the list or not.

Email Never Subscribed but Accept Marketing True

Hello, For a bit of background: I'm in the process of setting up / creating my Newsletter to send weekly emails to my customers.And I'm running into a problem.In the details of my customers' profiles: Some of them have the status "Email Never Subscribed" (Provided an email without opting for email marketing) but also the Custom property "Accepts Marketing" set to true.So I have two questions: What parameter should I rely on to send my newsletter to the right people?  And how can I define a segment that includes these customers?Thanks in advance for your help,Best regards,Loïs.

How effective is Square Space and Klaviyo?

Hi Klaviyo Community, I have a friend who has a ecommerce store on Square Space. She really wants to use Klaviyo. Before she makes the move, is it a smart idea? She currently uses Flodesk but it’s so limited in what it can do. I know I can connect the two via Zapier but I’m more concerned about the flow filters and the data that the two share - like on Shopify, I can add extensive flow filters but I don’t think this is possible with Square Space and Klaviyo? Looking forward to getting some guidance from you clever souls in this community! 😀

How Do I Send an Email

I have a Klaviyo pop-up form on my website that offers a discount code for first time shoppers. The submit rate is really good but I’m noticing that many people aren’t using the code once they receive it. My question is:How do I automate a follow up email that only targets the people that have received the discount code but haven’t used it?I’m kind of new to Klaviyo so the more detailed you can be on how to do this the better lol. Thanks for the help!

Salesforce Lead Sync filter

We set up the integration with our Salesforce org and Klaviyo which works fine but it imports all our leads into Kalviyo. We don't want to import all our leads into Klaviyo.Is there a way to add a filter to limit which leads are imported? We would like to only import leads that are for a specific SF record type.

Finding Targeting and Marketing on forms

I’m needing to grab a code from a waitlist form for Shopify page. Everything states to go to the targeting and marketing area of the form but I can not find this anywhere.  (I do see it on a draft form I have but not on my current live forms). The only way I seem to be able to grab this code is to turn the form to draft and then back to live for the box with the code to pop up.

Why is my sign up form not triggering my welcome emails to send?

I made a sign up form and it looks like it’s collecting emails but not triggering the welcome email series. My Welcome Series emails should be triggered by someone signing up for my newsletters, but the emails aren’t sending!The only one delivered was from a past newsletter series but I changed my newsletter and now they’re not sending.  Please help!  Thanks.

I cannot find the product name dimension when setting up trigger split

Hi there, I’m trying to set up my browse abandonment sequence. However when I’m setting up the trigger split, the only item on the dropdown dimension is $value. How do I filter it to products containing certain words in its product name if the dimension is not showing it?

What signup form type should I use that will only show on one URL?

Hi there,We want to add a sign-up form to exclusive gated content. This will sit on a blog page where customers will be prompted to sign up to receive additional content. The form will have to be simple and capture their email address and first name, together with their consent to receive email marketing (the scope is also to get more leads). Abandoned cart flow isn't sending enough emails

Hello,Here is the set up of my abandoned cart flow :Trigger : When someone Checkout StartedFlow filters : Placed order 0 times since starting this flowAND has not been in flow in the last 2 daysHere is the problem : The number of abandonned checkout I see on my shopify analytics (reached checkout - session converted) is way bigger than the number of mails sent by my abandoned cart flow.Does anyone have on idea of how to fix this ?Thank you very much

Email is showing up as Opened but not received in inbox

I sent out a campaing for my client. Klaviyo is showing that some of these contacts have opened the email but my client says it never landed in their inbox nor in spam. Why does this happen ?Opens appears immediately after the reception of the email. Does anyone know what can cause this?I have to resend the email manually so that he receives it wellThanks for your help !

Why is My Browse abandonment message sending 5 times in a row?

*EDIT* Browse abandonment email sent 5 times in a row I have been trying to test out this flow before it goes live using my personal email and I viewed 5 items on my store. When the time comes, I received 5 emails in a row, each with a different product that I viewed. I have tried applying “Has not been in flow in the last X days” and “Received email zero times in the last X days where subject equals Y” but it’s still not working.  How can I solve this problem and make sure that only one email is sent out to my customer even though my customer would most probably view more than one product at a time? Here’s my trigger and flow filter for your reference.
