Hi There, new to Klaviyo so sorry if this basic. We’re having trouble getting elements to line-up on the left edge on Mobile. No matter what combination of element or block padding we apply, stuff doesn’t seem to line-up in the new editor.Example #1 - Block-level PaddingBecause block padding is available everywhere, if we standardise settings and only use block padding, we get inconsistent margins on mobile.See the red line, the text, button and stars image all have 30px block-level padding and 0px element padding but nothing lines-up on mobile... Example #2 - Element-level PaddingBut if we try to use 30px of element padding instead (not available on images or buttons) the text also doesn’t line-up on mobile… Not 100% sure what we’re doing wrong, have logged-out and back in but no joy. Do others see this or is it just us?Cheers, Ben
We have an integration between our platform (MentionMe) and Klaviyo and we’ve recently been seeing more and more 403 errors when calling the Get Profile endpoint (https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/get-profile). Think we saw this first ones on 15 March, and last night we saw about 150 of these for various Klaviyo clients.I had a look at our logs and the response we’re getting from the API is the one bellow:[image removed]These seems to usually happen during the night. For example, last night we had errors between 06/04/2022 02:14:02 - 06/04/2022 04:08:31I’ve checked the Klaviyo status page but there is no incident reported there. Has anyone else seen something similar?
Hi, I’ve been going through the introduction to Lists and Segments. I think I understand it, but my results don’t seem accurate.I have my imported list from Mailchimp that is 6140.Then I have the default newsletter list that Klaviyo made which is 3164 (I am assuming there is some overlap with the Mailchimp list.)I tried to do a segment that combined the 2 lists and it came up with 2636. How is that math possible?(Separate subject but related - should I combine these 2 lists?)I find this often when I try to do segments. I did a segment of anyone who had clicked on my newsletter in the last 60 days and it gave me 69 people. That’s impossible. Maybe because I was using Mailchimp up until December? That’s maybe why I’m not getting accurate results?Update: I just checked my settings. I set up integration with Mailchimp when I started Kaviyo, including “Create Klaviyo lists from MailChimp audiences.”I just tried to do a segment from people on both lists that have clicked an email in since Oc

Hi team - I’m working with a new client. She has a Shopify store, Klaviyo integration was already there. I started setting things up and noticed the Viewed Product didn’t fire since August and Added To Cart metric wasn’t even there. Viewed ProductThere was a website update, since then the VP wasn’t firing anymore. I wanted to re-instal, but couldn’t find product.liquid, but product.json. In stead I pasted the Viewed Product snippet in main-product.liquid and it is working right now. Please let me know if there’s another best practice in this case. Added To CartI’ve read the documentation and watched the video’s. No Button ID. So looking for the class notation. Unfortunately, I found that the class notation is changing, Every product has it’s own.Extra informationThe store offers pre-orders as well as ‘direct orders’ (?)Would appreciate any help. Feel free to reach out with questions. / RA
Hi there This is my first post in here so please forgive me if I make a mistake. I’ve set up a flow to invite people from a list to register to attend an event via Eventbrite. Email 1 has been sent to the backdated contacts correctly. The next step isn’t working though. Once they register for the free event on Eventbrite there is a time delay of 5 minutes before sending a thank you and next steps email (email 2) Even though someone has registered via Eventbrite they have not received Email 2. What am I doing wrong, please? My second question is since this is a monthly recurring event should I be using a list or a segment??Very confused!
Hi there, last week Monday I wanted to set up Dedicated Click Tracking according this article: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001550572-Setting-Up-Dedicated-Click-TrackingAfter adding the described setting I contacted the support. On Thursday I got confirmation that the records will be activated PLUS the information that SSL is enable – but nothing has been prepared for SSL on our end and unfortunately the instructions here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052205052 do not give a solution because none of the three methods apply to us.This leads to the problem that our links in the mailings currently don’t work and we cannot send any emails.Since Thursday I haven’t received any response on my support requests and follow-ups – including my requests to roll back on the whole Dedicated Click Tracking to be able to use the services again!Long story short, as I fail to receive feedback from the support I hope someone of the Klaviyo team here can help me out so th
Hi all,I hope you are doing well This is my first time using any kind of email marketing software so this question might be dumb. So, I am a dropshipper with a lot of SKU’s and I am trying to set up an abandoned cart flow. I am using Pagefly to create some of my landing pages and when I set up my email template with “dynamic” product blocks it takes me to the regular Shopify product page and not my custom landing page I made with Pagefly.I tried with “static” product blocks but the “auto-generate links” also sends me to the product page and not the custom landing page. And if I understand correctly adding my website link manually will send all my customers to the same page no matter what product they have abandoned, if so that’s also not an option. So my question is then, how can I send my customers to my custom landing pages with the correct product that they have left in the cart? Thanks in advance.
Hi there, I fully integrated my shopify store to my klaviyo account via the klaviyo app. I also managed to add customers emails via the landing page. Until here everything works fine. BUT, those customers who accept email marketing via the checkout are not syncing up to my email list eventhough I have it set up like this. I assume that it has something to do with this code snippet that I have to implement into my code:<input type="hidden" name="contact[tags]" value="newsletter">Which is no problem normally but I have no idea where to implemented exactly. Is there a tutorial or something similar to follow? Thank you!
Multi-account is a feature built for clients who want to integrate multiple stores in Klaviyo using one login. To use this feature, you need to create a separate Klaviyo account for each store using the same email address and password. This allows you to track each account without having to log out and log back in using a separate email address. Rather, you can toggle between accounts through the switch option on the upper right of their account. The multi-account feature also extends to your team. Any member on the team can be added as a new user to multiple accounts with their primary address. Once added, the team member will have the ability to toggle between each account on the upper right corner, similar to how the account owner would toggle.Learn more about Multi-Account User Privileges here.
Hi Everyone, Just trying to figure out where the add section area on shopify is to add the embedded form. I’ve created a page. and I’d like to embed a form that I’ve created in the page. However I dont see any area to add a section on the page to embed the form in as per directions from klaviyo. has anyone got a workaround for this? Thanks Taeya
Good morning Klaviyo Community! My order confirmation flow is working except the “View Order” button, when I click it it leads to an error page. I tried creating a new order confirmation flow to copy the link, but it doesn’t have link. Does anyone have a clue have to resolve this? Thanks in advance,Vivid
Hi there,Is there a way to e.g. access the segment of a visitor coming from an email in our CMS to personalise content?Initially I had thought of e.g. adding segment data as url parameters to links in Klaviyo emails, which we can then use in the CMS. Is it possible to access segments as template tokens in email design so visitors to our site arrive at parameterised URLs?Thanks,Matt
Depending on your business, you might have some forms on your site intended for high-touch customers, and you want to be notified when someone joins that list. So how can we make that happen? At this time, Klaviyo does not have a built-in notification that you can receive when a customer fills out a signup form, but with flows you can make sure you know when someone has been added. Below are two easy ways to do this: You can CC or BCC the desired email on the first message of a flow triggered by the list your customer joins when filling out the form. You will add this CC or BCC on the content page for the first email of the flow. When the customer fills out your form and joins your list, they will enter the flow and receive the first email of the flow — you will then receive that email as well to your inbox notifying you of the customer subscription to your list. You can add a notification action to a flow triggered by the list your customer joins via the form. The notification action
Hello, I have a customer who abandoned checkout with email A and placed an order with email B.I would like to remove their email A from the abandoned checkout flow it is in. But it is in a waiting queue of thousands of customers and I cannot find a search function to find email A. Also, when I go to email A’s profile, I can see that it is scheduled to receive an email, but it looks like I don’t have the ability to cancel the send from the profile.Any help would be appreciated!
Hi all,I connected Klaviyo to Shopify and to the Free Email Popups & Exit Intent by PoptinI am receiving new subscribers to Klaviyo list through a Free Email Popups & Exit Intent by Poptin pop up plugin. But I cannot receive people to Klaviyo list from the regular/default Shopify form located in the footer and in the newsletter page. When someone sign up from the POP up the welcome flow it´s launched, but when I receive a sign up from the others forms I don´t get the subscriber in Klaviyo so the Flow it´s not launched. You can check it here: upanidecbd.com Please helpThanks in advance
Hello,Is there a way to include the “recently viewed items” code snippet in a flow, as listed here : https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019921772-How-to-Insert-Recently-Viewed-Items-into-an-Email#3-most-recently-viewed-items2 But to limited the number of products shown ? I’d like to tell the flow to show “at most 4 last viewed items” by the contact. ThanksStephen
Hello,I am fairly new to Klaviyo and was hoping to get some help with Klaviyo data that is captured in the tables. Is there a way to capture the click-to-action (CTA) data in one of the tables as a column? The idea is to track how many users clicked on the links/URLs in an email campaign. Also, is there a table that contains the actual email text (I know that it is stored within a bunch of HTML tags) to determine how many characters/words an email is?If these data elements don’t already exist, is it possible to access those through an API?Thanks,Gautham
Hi There, I have resigned myself to going with the simpler route but wanted to use this question to introduce myself to the forums… and if there is a solution that would be amazing. So we are doing a BFCM offer where if people gift a coffee subscription, they get a coupon for a free bag of coffee. Because it is a gift order, it’s really only possible to checkout with *one* gift subscription at a time (I explored other workarounds but basically they aren’t possible)So I created a flow that triggers on people ordering one of these gift subscriptions. I filtered on Shopify Tags. This works. I would like to up the ante though, and offer even bigger rewards the more gift subscriptions you give. For example, we have some travel mugs that I’d like to reward to people that gift 3 or more times. I set up trigger splits, but, predictably, they don’t seem to be able to say “this person bought this item *a total of* 2 times…” rather, it only sees the “quantity” of the initial checkout. I know this
We suddenly see Klaviyo totally messing up our customers profiles locations. Even if they where located in a certain country (based on their first order from us) Klaviyo changed the country in their profile based on their zip code. The zip code is also present in other countries so it seems like Klaviyo just by random changed the country for A LOT of our customers profiles. This means we cant segment on country any more since the data is not accurate. We are awaiting response from support but need this solved ASAP: Anyone had similar issues in the past and know how to solve it?
