Abandon Checkout Flow: How to display all products in cart

Hi,I searched a bit on the form and noticed that a lot of the scripts were for Abandoned cart flows. Sorry ahead of time if this question has been answered - I haven't been able to find it through searching.I was looking for a way to display products added to cart from Shopify to an Abandoned Checkout Flow. Table - Stack on mobile

So, I’m very surprised that the Table element doesn’t have a function to allow stacking columns on mobile. I’m trying to create a design where you have [image] [description][description] [image] And I’d like the description to move under the image when I am on mobile.Currently, it’s really not looking great.And adding a “mobile only” version table increases the size of the email and it ends up being clipped on Gmail. The Split option doesn’t work for me as it’s not possible to vertically align the description textAnd the column layout just adds useless bits of code + I need to add single columns on top of each 2-column I want to create to give more space and to add titles and description to my design.Overall, I’m stuck between trying to create a mobile-friendly version of my email and good design :/Now I understand more and more why most ecom brands are going for the “image” only emails as it makes it much easier to do whatever you want without risking to have emails ending up too heav

Shopify Order Tag not being passed to Klaviyo

HelloI have set up a rule in Shopify to tag orders according to who will actually deliver the item - this runs when the order is fulfilled and will allocate one of 3 tags. The rule is executed via a 3rd party app.Within Klaviyo I am then using this tag to send the customer one of 3 different email templates. The problem is that the order tags are being passed across via the API. So the flow is unable to execute properly.How do I fix this? Any ideas?

How do I add the dynamic product name to a cart abandon email subject line?

I’m trying to add the product name in the email subject line to a split test in a cart abandonment sequence but I’m having a hard time finding the code to use that will generate the dynamic product name.

Gmail logo/icon displaying broken link

We have recently updated our email icon/logo in Google Admin to what you see in the preview below.But when we send our campaigns it says the link is broken. I have 2 accounts with the same problem. It has worked fine for the last 3years until we recently updated the image.In GmailIs there a way to set the icon within Klaviyo?In OutlookHow do i make it show up in outlook?

WooCommerce + Transactional Emails via Klaviyo: Who's doing it? Is it working?

Hey Friends,We want to bring our transactional emails (WooCommerce) into the Klaviyo fold. Seems like a good idea for a number of reasons including brand integrity, control over messaging/language, tracking customer data, etc. And although Klaviyo Support confirms it’s doable, I wonder if other WooCommerce peeps are doing it...if it’s common practice. If you’re on WooCommerce and are sending your transactional emails through Klaviyo...how’s it working out?If you’ve considered this switch but opted not to make it...Why not? Thanks! Mike

Resending campaigns to people that didn't open: recommended or not?F.A.Q.

You’ve put together a fantastic email that you’re sure will drive great engagement with your subscribers, but after it goes out, you’re a bit disappointed with the low open rate. You know that other brands have resent the same email to people that didn’t open previously and you’re wondering whether this is a best practice?Klaviyo’s deliverability and compliance experts do not recommend using this tactic as it’s not considered to be a best practice within the industry. If you resend the same campaign to folks that didn’t open before, these customers are likely unengaged. Repeated sending to this group over time can damage your sender reputation and effect your ability to hit the inbox. Instead, think about whether you’re sending the right message to the right group of people!If the you’re getting pushback from your team to resend to your non-openers, you can create a segment of these customers for targeting. Outlook 365 displaying email wider the 600px I set in Styles

The subject kinda says it all. I sent an email with a fixed width of 600px and a colleague sent me a screenshot of what she saw which was much wider (about 800px). A 600px image did not fill the email width and paragraph text was much wider than it should have been. Anything to be done about this?

Hello. I can’t seem to find this answer anywhere. I am using the PRODUCT BLOCK in a campaign, and just want to change the photo to another colour. Is this possible? The photo would come from the same product - just a different colour. Using Shopify Thanks

How do you clean bounces from your account?

An email bounces when it doesn’t successfully deliver or is rejected from the inbox provider. Klaviyo will automatically suppress profiles that hard bounce, but what about emails that soft bounce?Klaviyo will suppress these profiles automatically after 7 consecutive bounces (with no successful deliveries in between) but if you’re concerned about your deliverability, you may want to consider cleaning these bounces from your list! You can create a segment of profiles who have bounced a certain number of times (i.e. 3x) and suppress that segment of customers before they reach the 7 consecutive bounce rule. To do this, create a segment in your account using the following conditions:You can use the filter icon to filter by Bounce Type and then select Soft when you click into the text box. Note that if you simply segment by Bounced Email, all profiles that bounce (regardless of the Bounce Type) will be pulled into your segment!Once created, export this segment as a CSV, navigate to the Profi

Flow-triggered emails are too slow

Hi there,We are using a flow to send a welcome email with a discount code as soon as someone is added to a mailing list. However, it takes 3-5 minutes for the email to be triggered. This is problematic, because I know that most people check their emails immediately after they sign up , hoping to find their discount code. A delay of 2-3 minutes is unacceptable as we will probably lose that sale.Is there anything I can do to speed it up?Thanks,-oo

Abandon Cart Email Template

Hi, we're bringing back our abandon cart flows to Klaviyo (we were previously doing them through an agency partner) and I'm curious is if there's a way to edit the standard Klaviyo abandon cart flow in the new editor.The reason I ask is because we are on Shopify and I read the Klaviyo documentation that says rebuilding the dynamic content block for abandoned carts is very difficult: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002779411-How-to-create-an-abandoned-cart-flowBut the saved block doesn't show up in the new editor.Is there a way around that or another way of doing it?Thank you!

Adding a clickable email address to image/button

Does anyone know how I can add a hyperlink to an email address (such as info@) within an image. I have an image that lists the email address, and ideally I want people to be able to click the image that would then open an email to that address. I was able to do this in MailChimp easily, but can’t find a way to do it here. Thanks!

Average Days Between Orders

I have been trying to find the best approach for the retention of the customers. Our business involve repeat buyers and quite crucial to keep a track on their sales history. I see there is a churn rate and average time between orders available in the klaviyo but I’m not able to use it in the segment. I see the Average Days Between Orders but I have to input a static value in the field but ideally, I would want to compare it with the current dynamic one that Klaviyo already have it. For instance, if Customer’s Average time between order <  Customer’s Average time between order and Churn Rate > 50%, Do something. I’m not sure if it is the limitation of Klaviyo or if I’m missing something. Also, if you can guide me with the better approach of handling it, I’d appreciate it.Thanks in advance!

CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' from Shopify Store

Back to Basics: Fixing Blurry LogosTutorial

 Logos are how customers remember your brand. Therefore, it’s important to use one that is clear and crisp in your emails.We recommend for your logo image to have at least 72dpi. This dpi rate is different than actual pixel size. For logo pixels, we recommend around 170 x 40 pixels.You can also use a logo larger than this size, and then use the 'image width' field to make the logo show smaller, but the actual image size is larger. Please take a look here for more information on logos.I can also suggest using an image block for the logo, and then a 'links only' header bar below. Redirecting subscribers to a download link

I like to give my email subscribers access to all available free download links.I have dozens of blog posts on my Shopify site offering a specific free download after email subscription. After someone subscribes I have buttons in my success message for all existing downloads (links to Shopify uploads).This is a low maintenance approach that has the disadvantage that the desired download is not at top of the list after the user subscribes, and buttons are painful to design in Forms.I’d like to separate this workflow, and, rather, create a form for each download, with a button to the download on the success page, with an All downloads link to a page with … all downloads. The problem now is that this would be an open page - I’d like to validate these by Klaviyo email subscription. Ideas?

How to add a pop-up link to a button on shopify?

Hi, I am driving myself nuts trying to figure this out…I have built a landing page to my existing shopify store for  my new business to collect emails. In the landing page I have a button that requires a webpage for a link.I thought I would be able to create a pop-up and add the link but Klaviyo only gives a code.I have no idea where this code should go in my back end of shopify. I have followed the Klaviyo instructions to add a button but it doesn't work. It shows as a tin basic button and doesn't link to the pop up.is there anyway to place the pop link where the webpage is required?Or is there a simpler way of doing this? it seems really over complicated?
